As a sole practitioner, it can be very difficult to juggle all sides of working life, particularly frustrating when missing phone calls whilst working and losing out on potential new patients. They handle all the calls we can't answer (EG because our receptionist is handling other calls or tied up dealing with people face-to-face) and they provide 24/7 cover which is brilliant. If we hadn't been using them we'd have missed dozens of calls from new clients - this alone more than covers the cost of their service (because new customers typically don't call back if they don't reach you and book an appointment at the first attempt; so if you miss the call, you lose the client). I used Best Reception for 2 years during a particularly busy period when my location-based Reception was unable to use Cliniko as I moved away from a paper-based diary. Knowing someone would answer the telephone quickly, reliably and make bookings on my diary accurately while I was busy with patients was reassuring and took a load of stress off me. Any issues that arose were minor, quickly resolved with the team managers, communication was great. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to use them again - great service & good value for money.
