Best reception have been invaluable - it has meant we can streamline the staff in house, save costs but still have the phone answered. They are professional and as close to our actual staff as it's possible to be!!

Best Reception (BR) has exceeded all our expectations. They understand our Osteopathy business thoroughly which means they can give informed information to our prospective patients.

Most of all we also use BR like a real-life receptionist - sending them messages to call patients or make appointment changes, ie if a practitioner is ill or taking annual leave.

There very professional by answering all my call there have a script that's been fine tuned over the 5 years plus I have use them and they email each time a call comes in marked there name address number and requirements and the screen the nuance callers and spam callers
