Ordered 2 days in advance. Flower delivery never happened. I got an email the day after saying they had issues due to COVID19!?!? Seriously, you can't update your error messages for 6 years!? 3 day later I get a call from "Northside hospital" offering a redelivery tomorrow and a $5 discount. Absolutely unbelievable.

This company provided horrible customer service. I paid for my daughter's balloons to be delivered by 12:00 PM. When I checked the order, not only were they not delivered, but they also did not contact me to inform me of any delay. They gave me the complete runaround about finding a replacement provider so that I would not cancel my order. When I attempted to cancel my order online, as they stated I should, I could not do so because I never received confirmation. I had to call their toll-free number. However, I had to call their toll-free number three times before I reached a live person.

Absolutely terrible customer service and follow-through. Ordered at 9:30am on a Thursday, for guaranteed next-day delivery by 1:00 Friday. Order was confirmed and immediately charged to my credit card. Was assured I would be receiving updates i.e. flowers being arranged, out for delivery, delivered. I began calling at 12:30 and there was NO sign of my order number. After 4-5 calls, I was ASSURED it would be at the funeral home by 5:00 that day. Too late for the gathering of family and friends. Have heard NOTHING back. Arrangement was $100.00 PLUS almost $50.00 in extra fees including extra for extradited delivery. So.....$150.00 for an arrangement which has not been delivered to our family member. Totally unacceptable. Call center was no help. AI fake person was a joke. NEVER EVER EVER use this unprofessional online company again. EVER.

I ordered a birthday bouquet for a friend's birthday to be delivered on her birthday. At the end of the day, no delivery so I contacted customer service and was told I could not cancel or receive a refund but they would compensate me $5, which is absurd. The next day no delivery but was told it would be delivered the following day but I still couldn't cancel or get a refund. Still no delivery. This business is a scam.

I tried to order flowers for a funeral and the website said there was an error and it couldn't go through. Tried a few more times and gave up. No confirmation email, no order number, just an error message. They charged my card all 3 times and because they delivered one, without my knowledge or consent, they refused to reimburse me. Their website said my order never went through and now I have to pay for their issue. They will not help you and only read from a script. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I order flowers for my daughter to be delivered. They send an email the next day stating they could not be delivered on time. I requested by phone and email to cancel the order (because I had already flew in to be with my daughter) and refund me. They agreed. NEVER RECEIVED REFUND. I have over 20 emails and made several calls all to keep getting the run around. It is August 20 and still no refund! I have submitted a formal complaint to the BBB. This is horrible customer service. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

They are completely reliant on Ai for customer service, which makes communication poor and somewhat insulting (the AI asked me to send pictures of a funeral to establish that the flowers I ordered came in a broken vase). The delivery was many days late, and my family didn’t accept delivery because the box was damaged and the vase broken. And it’s been a nightmare trying to get a refund through the AI jungle.

I made the order on line, all was good. Next day received a call and email that there was problem with their supplies that ok will be delivered the next day. Then next day a call asking for an additional 80 dollars but will compensate me and only ask for an additional 40 dollars to complete order. Called and canceled but they kept trying to get my 40 dollars. Will never go with this company again

I purchased flowers for a funeral, a big white display in a basket with a couple small plants so they could take them home and plant. Paid the extra to get the bigger size. They were delivered on time but when I saw them I was so disappointed. It was a small , couple plants . No flowers and not in a basket. What I paid $100 for I could have gotten at Kroger for $20. I called customer service and told them the wrong flowers were delivered. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t heard anything from them about it. I’ll never use a service again. The customer service sucks.

This company posed as a local company and then never delivered my flowers. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!

Ordering from another state can be scary but the ordering wet smooth and my daughter-in-law sent me a pic of the flowers and they were nicely done! Thank you

I wish I could give less than 1 star. It also won't let me leave a Google review. Paid a ton to have flowers delivered for a dear friend's birthday - ON HER BIRTHDAY - but no such luck. The website said delivered although they never did. The only customer support is AWFUL AI, and they are offering a $5 credit. When people order flowers, delivery date matters, these are special occasions. This business took some joy out of a special birthday and it's unacceptable. Blossom - you are truly terrible.

It arrived as advertised and on time, it was beautiful and my girl loved it.

this is the last time i will ever buy from your shop. and i will not recommend it to any person. the flowers arrived 8 days late. plus they most of the flowers were bad. it is expensive and not worth it.

I ordered a balloon bouquet for a family birthday. The next day I get a text saying they can’t deliver because of limited availability. How do you run out of balloons? They don’t exactly go out of season. Then they kept trying to get me to replace them with flowers. I don’t want flowers for a senior man. I asked if there was cookies or candies or anything like that. They said they would look into it and call back in 30 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later I had to message them. Then I get someone from overseas calling me and they barely spoke any English. Again they tried to get me to accept flowers instead. I said I want a full refund and I better get it in writing. Awful company. Don’t waste your time.

Easy to find arrangements for the occasion. Delivered as expected. Definitely many choices to choose from. That makes a huge difference!!! Excellent work. Thank you.

Overall I had a great experience. The flowers were delivered on time and appeared exactly as shown in the photo online. The only recommendation I have is to improve the customer service. I tried calling to receive an update on my order and it kept sending me to an ai agent even after waiting in the queue for a live agent. I then requested a call back which I never received.

Disappointing Experience – Flowers Were Not What I Ordered

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Blossom Flower Delivery. The flowers I received did not look like the arrangement I paid for or the picture advertised on their website. What was delivered was noticeably different in both appearance and quality.

When I contacted customer service, the only resolution they offered was a credit toward another purchase. Why would I want to place another order with a company that did not deliver what I originally paid for? Offering me a credit does not correct the issue or make up for the disappointing product I received.

I expected the arrangement I purchased to be represented accurately, especially since the advertised photo is what influenced my purchase. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I will not be ordering from Blossom Flower Delivery again, and I would encourage others to carefully consider whether what they receive will actually resemble what they paid for.

Very disappointing customer service and an even more disappointing product.
