Her attitude was rude and arrogant and disgraceful
She didn’t accept our Bunnings power pass app even though it was accepted previously 15-20 mins earlier and then got on her two way radio to advise the other check out girl not to accept it also
Respect works both ways and Michelle is a liability to your team

I am trying to review the ausclimate 10L dehumidifier. Words cannot express how THANKFUL & TRUELY GREATFUL l am to have this appliance. My living space gets condensation and Mold. I researched for a longtime and finally decided to try this machine out. It is a God send, it truly WORKS!!! there is no more problems. I am beyond thankful and truely GREATFUL for this machine. Hope this is a help to anyone else with similar issues, you won't regret buying this!!!!

My local Bunnings Store is Caloundra and WOW in the last 2 to 3 weeks the store has changed dramatically. I'm guessing a new store manager? What a lovely change with the new fantastic staff. Everyones smiling, helpful and polite. The store is clean and tidy and well stocked. What ever has hapened I'm loving it. Keep it up. Loving the new Caloundra Bunnings - New Staff 10 out of 10.

Bought a product named 'Artiss Wooden Bed Frame Double Wooden Beds Base with Charging Ports'. Upon receiving the product, found it was cheap plywood. Wanted to return but Bunnings didn't respond to return request.
Left a feedback and Bunnings refused to publish the feedback.
Simply fraudulent. Stay away from them.

Purchased a cabinet about 50 minutes ago. Told it would take about an hour to build. 27nin later it's done!!! Too easy!!

I recently purchased an item from Bunnings Marketplace (never again) and received and incorrect and damaged look a like. Bunnings Marketplace state quite clearly that they take no responsibility for the substandard items that they promote via this service, (they are happy to take your money but when there is a problem they don't want to know).
After many emails and time wasted dealing with the actual supplier my issues were eventually dealt with and resolved.
Bunnings sent a email to leave a review on their service so I did; as my review was favorable to the Bunnings corporate way of thinking my review was rejected as "it did not their guidelines".
Seriously, you can't post an honest review because some corporate Wan%$& doesn't bad press.

The old lady selling paint is incredibly grumpy all the time. Get a different job.

I purchased a mattress through Bunnings Marketplace and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.

The mattress was delivered to the wrong address and marked as signed for, despite nobody at my address signing for the delivery. I had to search neighbouring houses to locate the item myself.

Another source of frustration was the product listing. The same mattress appears to be advertised under different names across various retailers and websites, often at significantly different prices. This created confusion about exactly which model was being sold and whether it was comparable to other Zinus mattresses available online. Even during correspondence regarding my case, different product names were referenced, which only added to the confusion.

The mattress remained unopened and unused, however my concerns were treated simply as a change-of-mind return, and the responses I received felt generic rather than addressing the specific issues I had raised.

I was left with the impression that the customer experience and the circumstances of my case were not properly considered throughout the process.

Purchased some kindling, a new brand for Bunnings, $16, fair price, but the kicker is that it was still unseasoned and very wet though out, and have had a hard time getting to burn. I want something that will burn easily and get my fire going quickly. Ballarat is a cold place in Winter 🥶

springfield bunnings. 11.30am friday 19th june. afyer letting 2 customers go through i asked some advice about some timber and the guy said i am too busy to help you, even though i was the only person there...i asked "so you cant help me" and was just ignored..pathetic service

Soooooo unfriendly & very rude. I tried to make lite conversation while waiting for the paint to be mixed in the machine. She literally just grunted at me. Disgraceful !!

I am provide constructive feedback to hopefully help you fix a problem which you may not be aware exists. I live in the uk and I am trying to buy a gift for my son based in Australia. However, i cannot even access your website due to the 'verify you are human' page run by cloudfare. I most certainly am human and definitely not a bot. Its just a shame, i cannot access your site.

Bunnings Online "used" to be great, advertised what is in each store, honest with what it has. That was its strength.
The first weakness comes from the Marketplace intergration which was annoying, but could be quickly navigated around.
The MOST annoying thing is now the AI intergration experience goes as follows...

Go to the website:
wait........
Search for item
wait........
Uncheck Marketplace
wait........
Uncheck Special Order
wait........
Select Store
wait........
VOILA ! (lunch time is over, you haven't finnished your sandwich, back to work without finding the thing to pick up on your way home)

Later that evening, google it, find it on Amazon and have it delivered next day.

Well done Bunnings, you've made Amazon and Ebay better by comparison.

Bunnings Marketplace is a full Scam beware!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bunnings uses third party sellers and sells under there name. But they are dodgy third party sellers that sell items not as advertised and then refuse or ghost you when you try and get a refund. Bunnings keeps refusing to do anything but escalate it to the seller which is them in name - you never know who the actual seller is. And the seller will just act like every other scam site and give u the run around or ghost you. Be warned dont use - And dont support a unethical and greddy bussiness like bunnings doing this!! is Putrid.

Company guts counter staff to go all in on self service - then axes self service but doesn't get anymore staff for registers, so every single transaction means waiting 20 mins in line. Absolute joke 🤦‍♂️

Web portal is slow as sloth. I avoid shopping bunnings online to avoid frustration. Prices are rip off as well.

I would give less stars if I could . Ordered a dog steps from Bunnings which came from a third party not Bunnings, the size was 250mm X 140mm high not big enough for a Hampster. My advice is don't order from Bunnings online, more than that the customer service are just washing their hands if it and referring everything to the third party. If I have to send it back it is going to cost me in postage so yet again out of pocket. I am going to refer them to consumer affairs as it is just not fair that the paying customer is being shafted

Just about to chuck out a generator bought from Bunnings. Full Boar generator rubbish. Just out of warranty then caput. No parts no service no help. The Bunnings I bought it from Warrawong said they would help but the local store Mile End just laughed at me.
I avoid Bunnings and its' predatory sales model at all cost.

Looked online first for the product I wanted. Went to the store closest to me which according to the website had the item in stock. Could not find it and no one around to ask for help. Went to another store 20 mins away as this one was suppose to have the item in stock, was unable to find at the second store. Approached a couple of ladies working in the area and had to wait for them to finish their conversation to get their attention. Showed them the item and was told by one that she had never seen it before and the other said it might be over there somewhere as she waved her hand, pointing in no particular area. Still no luck finding the item. Click and collect next time, see if they can get that right.

It is an okay place. Prices are not the best, quality is not the best ... but it is there. Sometimes they have things you can't get online. I don't know about the facial recognition mass surveillance they engage in ... but they sell a good faulty hose I guess
