If you’re reading this thinking ‘is it too much money to get my conservatory done?’ ‘Is it worth it?’.
As a first time buyer, with a home of two years, this roof conversion was the most significant change yet and my gosh was it worth it. We absolutely love our new ‘extension’(doesn’t feel like a conservatory, more so an extra room!) so far we’ve enjoyed its cooling abilities, we can’t wait for winter to try it then.
I cannot recommend this company enough. From Ross talking us through the process, to the workman and plasterers doing an impeccable job (good lord they work fast). I think it took less than two days. I wholeheartedly reccomend this, if you are on the fence, just go for it!

We had our roof replaced in January…
We had our roof replaced in January during Storm Chandra. The two fitters, who were very polite and friendly, worked constantly in terrible weather without a break and into the evening. The following day they finished and within half an hour the plasterer turned up. Fabulous job, very pleased with it and has made such a difference to our conservatory, we can now use it all year round! Would definitely recommend Cosy Roof, 10/10 from us!

Awful customer service and building regs process
8 months and still not had building regulation certificate. Rang multiple times and keep being told they would look into it and call me back but never getting any callbacks so have to keep chasing. Raised an official formal complaint with mark who said I would hear back end of the week. This was 4 weeks ago and after chasing by email still havent heard back. Customer service is appalling. Totally lets the company down.

No buildings control certificate
UPDATE: I’ve not received the client declaration email as mentioned in the reply from Cosyroof, but I’ve emailed them requesting it, but I have had no reply or the client declaration form.

Cosyroof installed our roof in September last year (2025). The work was carried out as planned and it’s transformed our conservatory. The workman and the quality of their work were also great, it was a pleasure. Thank you!
I was actually planning to use them again/recommend to family, but…
It makes me sad having to leave 2 stars because after numerous emails over the last 8-9 months, with many promises, we’re yet to receive a buildings control certificate. Whilst I appreciate the quick responses, it’s of no value if you can’t keep to the obligations in a timely manner.

Daniel phoned the day before to confirm starting the job and came along with Adam & Daragh by 8am to begin. They worked so hard all day & got it all finished around 4 30pm the same day. Very polite guys, they were even willing to help clear the conservatory out if we hadn't been able to.
Scott the plasterer came 2 days later & was also a lovely polite guy. The experience level.shows with all the fitters & plasterer as we are so pleased with how the end result looks. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Had my cosy roof installed october…
Had my cosy roof installed october 2025. Looks amazing. Really pleased with it. The workers were tidy and installation completed quickly.
However I did pay for building regulations paperwork. Contacted cosyroof told would get it by end of April, still nothing. Chased again and no reply to my emails. Still waiting over 7 months since installation and still no paperwork.

A fantastic company
A fantastic company, Andi was amazing at explaining the whole process, giving us advice and a great quote (compared to the other companies that quoted a price that was not affordable). The workers were so hardworking, from the electrician Luke, to the 3 J's that installed our roof and the plaster, they were all so professional, tidy and respectful of our property. We have already recommended cosyroof to friends. We are so happy with our new roof, it's made a huge difference to our home.

Oh my goodness
Oh my goodness, I came home after work to a fantastic completed conservatory roof. These 2 workers never stopped all day and not even a brew break. A fantastic standard and great price with overwhelming service. Keep the chat down to a minimum as these guys get on with the job ahead of them and work very hard. 100% recommend this company and all done with electrics and plastering. Electrical work the night before then fitting and plaster boards fitted. Plastered the next day and wow!! Awesome teamwork, keep it going guys 👍👍👍

Excellent company. The installers were quick, professional, and worked to a very high standard. The transformation has made a huge difference to our conservatory, which is now a comfortable and usable playroom for our toddler. Thank you so much!

Where is my Building Control Approval
It is now 1 whole year since my conservatory roof was replaced by Cosyroof. No complaints about the quality of the work - all good. But...... I am still awaiting Building Control approval.

Very good surveyor and install team however nearly 6 months after install we are still waiting for our building regs to be produced which we paid a lot of money for.-
Been chasing it up for 6 months now - and office constantly fobbing us off. We were never told you Sub out the Building regs work !

From the initial survey appointment…
From the initial survey appointment with Andi Hannay, who was brilliant and explained everything in detail, to the guys coming, it all went incredibly well. The team who installed the new roof were super efficient and worked so hard - despite offering numerous cups of tea or coffee they refused and did not stop! I am very pleased with the end result. Today was a test as it is very hot and usually I wouldn't be able to be in the conservatory but it is fine which is great and was the reason for the new roof. Thank you.

Great Job from start to finish
From the initial meeting with the Salesman/surveyor Russell to the completion of the plastering by Paul the whole process went without a hitch.Everybody arrived before the times we were quoted. The work was carried out so efficiently and everything was spotless when they cleared away.So happy we now have an extra room to use throughout the whole year.

We had our beautiful roof installed beginning of the month in record time. Luke electrician great job, very helpful. Three J’s (Jim, Jay and John) rip out, clean up at same time, replace, clean up again in record time. Never seen a team working so perfectly synchronised. Cosy roof are without a doubt the best company to use if you are thinking of taking the plunge on a new conservatory roof, we looked into various options before and most other companies take shortcuts with either lack of insulation or panels only, from cosy roof you basically get a roof almost the same as your house roof with lightweight gritted felted tiles and a new plastered ceiling (shoutout to Scott who did a great job on this) Danny and co worker (huge apologies the name escapes me) we're great workers and literally worked all day solid to get the roof completed such a great work ethic, in short don't take a punt on cheaper cowboys use cosyroof a professional company to the core!

Everythinh was great from start to finish.
Very friendly and polite. Great communication. Worked very hard, great time keeping, very organised. Everything was left clean and tidy each day and when they had finished the job you wouldn't have known they had been there apart from a perfect roof.

We now live in our new room!
The 2 chaps that come and did our roof were absolute work horses. How they managed to do all the work in 3 days was amazing. Ours is a 20 foot consevatorywith an apex roof so I would of thought a lot of work but they worked late and the finish is immaculate. I was in the building trade for a few years and liked a quality finish and this went beyond with the inside plastered perfect. I have already recommended cosy roof to my friends and family as after 2 and a half months of varied weather we relax into the night in our new garden lounge.
