I had a Cosy Roof fitted in 2023
I had a Cosy Roof fitted in 2023 . The fitters were efficient quick and very tidy. But February of this year I noticed the plastic corners have broken . I got in touch with them and I have had so many excuses why they cannot fix them. Also they say they will come out but don’t show up. The people in the office are not very good at dealing with problems. If you have a CosyRoof just hope you do not have a problem with it.

We’re pleased to hear you were happy with the original installation in 2023, but we are disappointed to learn about the issues you’ve encountered with the plastic corner components and the difficulties in arranging a follow-up visit.
As mentioned, the plastic corners should not break under normal conditions without some form of interference, and we do want to properly investigate what has happened in your case. Jim is currently in the process of contacting you directly to arrange a convenient time to inspect the issue and ensure it is resolved.
We appreciate your patience and would like to see this brought to a satisfactory conclusion as quickly as possible.
UPDATE - Hi Dawn, we just wanted to update our response to say that we have resolved this issue and repaired the corners that were broken. We are glad you were happy with the initial fitting of your CosyRoof and we hope now with the repair complete you are satisfied and enjoying your CosyRoof again.

Great from start to finish
Great from start to finish!
We had a few quotes to replace our conservatory roof, Ross came out initially, measured up and explained all the details of how the system works.
I was impressed by the expected installation time of three days. 2 for the roof and 1 for the plasterer.
When time came for installation, the team of 2 installers arrived, we were a little worried as there was a threat of bad weather the 2nd day but the team worked late to make sure we were water tight and the exterior was all complete on day 1. Day 2 came and the installation was finished before 1pm when they called the plasterer who arrived before they'd even cleaned up their tools into the van. He then plastered to a high finish, beautiful curves to our ceiling that I hadn't even imagined. All was done in 2days and better than I imagined, we can now leave the internal doors open to the conservatory with no heat loss and the room feels usable all year round (we've been through the worst of winter)

Replacement Roof
What can i say, Barry & Stephen ( Brother's)turned up at my property 7.45 am. They started work straight away, I was expecting the roof to take over 2 days but they were committed to have the main roof finished in 1 day working till 20:30 pm for completion. They were both fantastic over the day ,none stop working as a team. I can not fault any workmanship, we'll done guys. I'm quick to to question things but I had know reason too....Final touches was completed by Paul the plasterer who has done a fantastic job.. Well done Cossy Roof...

Work ethic excellent
Work ethic excellent, clean and tidy never stopped even for a cup of tea or coffee. Overall standard of work exemplary. Would highly recommend COSYROOF.
My only disappointment is the time it is taking for the building regs to be processed and sent to me. Still not received.

Cozy roof (don’t opt for the imitation companies) were excellent . Salesman knew his stuff but not pushy at all . They gave me exactly what I asked for , a roof my conservatory and didn’t try to upsell me either . Price very reasonable . Workers came when arranged and did the entire job in a day , and then roof plastered the next . They were total grafters, cannot fault them . Quality of work top notch , would recommend highly .
