Great service and product
Great service and product - I ordered one afternoon in July as it was all starting to heat up again and my new fan was here the next morning. Delivery all included in the price. I've been using the fan for a week now and it's really great, very quiet, easy to adjust, with lots of settings. It's compact enough to fit on my desk but powerful enough to use as a room fan when on the right surface. I've been using it at night too. Would recommend.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT
Never heard of this company before and saw good reviews. I purchased a tower fan during the heatwave from them as no one had any left. Lucky me. Devola delivered the next day, delivery included. They offer free 2 year warranty. And when opened I was surprised at the quality. It's the first fan I could sleep with when on as it's almost silent. Number 1 position hardly appears to have any blow, but within a few minutes you begin to notice it. In fact I had to turn off after a while as it was chilly. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. Btw, number 6 position is like a tornado, so ideal when super hot in the day. I will definitely buy a dehumidifier and possibly other items in the future. Thanks 👍 very happy

The fan is the best one I've ever bought it certainly keeps us nice and cool in this extreme heat what we are experiencing at this moment in time it's also quieter than any previous fans I've bought before

The tower fan arrived the day after…
The tower fan arrived the day after ordering which was good service in the heatwave. We are pleased as it does a reasonable job and has 6 speed settings, although the highest speed is noisy. Having the remote control is really handy.
The fan works well in our lounge when the temperature is in the low 20c but anything over 25c and we need this and another fan going at the same time.
It's sturdy and value for money.

NO SUPPORT
so Devola direct had sold out of the product i bought which is great im happy with this smart air con unit easy to use but as i bought it off a 3rd party Devola didn't accept warranty for there product and pushed me back to non main dealer im very disappointed with there support is it that they have no faith in it if not why not honour it as i would of gone direct if they had stock not my fault very poor support in my opinion
