Promptly delivered. Very well packaged. Great value. Very effective. We found the instructions not to be very clear. We also found that the fan was much easier to control with the remote than with the buttons on the base of the fan

Effectively cooling fan, but the controls are rather laborious in that have to cycle through entire range of each function's settings each time that set or reset them.

Brilliant all round. Decent delivery and the fan is spot on. My wife thinks it’s expensive, but for its size it packs a punch and the remote is really handy when you’re in bed. Brilliant fan 10/10.
