Ordered a dress and it never came. Finally got a store and ordered something again and it never came! Called multiple times with no resolution even when I actually spoke to someone. Then finally they told me my store credit had expired when I tried to use it multiple times. They stole over $1200 from me!

Never received my dress from over a year and a half ago. I have a balance of 4000 and they stopped communicating and answering me and I have no access to my credit. No phone answer, they post things like god is good on their instagram but steal.

Worst experience I ever had with a website. Although the website mentioned that they had a gown in stock, they hadn't, and they refused to refund the money. All other gowns were more expensive. I preferred to give up my money than to order a new gown and experience the same situation.

She got new website and took all the customers money from the old website district 5 boutique and opened a new one called district luxe and as everyone now know she took all the money no designer will work with her and send their dresses to her so she is making the dresses herself lol. !!! SCAMMER btw look for the company register name if you want to report plz all of u report her new site ao they know she is running a scam company
+ if you want to file a lawsuit Use her new name “Diatrict luxe” and look for the real registration owner for the company! as she is using the bankruptcy as Excuse for your report she told me that

Warning to anyone considering ordering from District 5 Boutique:

I placed an order months ago and never received the dress or a refund. I repeatedly tried contacting them through email, WhatsApp, and Instagram with little to no response. Meanwhile, their ads continued appearing constantly, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

Based on my experience, this has been extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Please be careful before placing an order.

Ordered a dress in February 2025 that was supposed to arrive about 4-6 weeks later. By April I still hadn’t heard from this company about the status of my dress ( which I needed for my daughter’s engagement party) so I called the manufacturer myself. The dress ended up being very cheaply made , didn’t look at all like the website so I shipped in back and never received a credit. I have been contacting them for over a year and got a response that they’re waiting for the dress to be returned to the warehouse to issue the credit. BS bc I tracked the shipment and it says it was delivered to a house in NJ . Then they “ revamped “ their entire site probably to keep from getting caught for their illegal activities , as I now see other reviews on Reddit etc that this business is a scam. Stay very far away from this shady business!

District 5 Boutique received a single star because that was the lowest possible rating I could submit. I have had an ongoing issue with District 5 Boutique for more than two years, with absolutely no resolution. I am presently crafting a letter to the BBB to lay a formal complaint against them. After which, I will seek legal counsel to file a lawsuit against District 5 Boutique. I ordered and paid for a dress in 2023. The dress was never delivered( They ceased production), yet they utterly refuse to refund my money. Hazelle, one of their customer service rep, has been dishonest and lied several times to cover for District 5. While I was awaiting the above merchandise, I ordered a second dress that was described as a maxi dress. After several months, the dress arrived soiled and was a midi with a huge split in the back of the dress. This was not included in their description of the merchandise. I took pictures as they instructed me, and they told me to return the dress. To this date, they have not refunded my money. Hazelle stated that the merchant is no longer with the company. This is merely the tip of the iceberg. I can go on for days about the lies, the dishonesty, the hide-and-seek, and the silence. Please take this review seriously. Think long and hard about doing business with District 5 Boutique. The guile and unprofessionalism will frustrate and leave you flabbergasted. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! They are morally reprehensible. I am owed over $4,000, which they refuse to repay.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a dress a year ago for 2,400 dollars and they never delivered it. there is no way to contact them except through Instagram. they said they refunded my money but never did. will not supply an invoice or contact me. they don't answer emails. may have gone bankrupt and re-opened?

I purchase dress on 7/10-2025. I wired money 7/11/2025. I received no correspondence after that. They have ignored calls emails WhatsApp messages. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. This is criminal behavior.

I had ordered from this store before and it was a very long wait but my second order never arrived and can’t get a hold of anyone

Never received a dress I ordered in April 2025 - emailed, called, left voice messages and still have never heard a peep about anything. Not even a simple email message. It has been 9months since I ordered this. Horrible customer service

They will make you regret the day you were fooled by their ad, stole more than 1600 $, we never got a refund or even an alternative dress. They had the biggest red flags on them but I was blind. They don’t have a review section not on instagram not on their web, when I tried to warn everyone and expose them they threatened me. I know now that they can’t actually hurt me (more than they already did) but At this point, I’m exhausted and drained from trying to get my money back, I don’t have any fight left in me. I just hope this review helps someone avoid the same situation, I saw at least 10 to 15 victims on social media

I placed an order on August 23, 2024, and to this day I have not received the dress nor my refund. When I ordered, the website clearly stated that the dress would be made and shipped in September, and I was completely fine with that timeline.

However, September passed with no shipment. When I contacted them, they told me the order could not be canceled because they had already “confirmed it with the designer” and that due to the “expensive fabric” and “pre-order policy,” cancellation was not possible.

Despite many follow-up emails — most of which went unanswered — I received a message in February saying there was “good news” and that my dress would be shipped within 4–6 weeks. I was hopeful and waited again.

Then in May 2025, they apologized and offered me a $200 compensation and told me I could choose another dress from the available collection. I selected a dress, only for them to ask me to pay the price difference.
Why would I pay more when I never received the original dress I ordered last year, and when my refund still hasn’t been issued?

As of today, they no longer reply, I haven’t received any compensation, and my refund was never processed despite sending them all required information multiple times.

This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I do not recommend ordering from this website under any circumstances.

This place is a scam they give you excuses for months and they don’t deliver. They stopped answering to your emails they make you wait and wait and wait for nothing don’t shop from there. They need to be investigated and once and for all to be shut down and put in jail cause people like them they’re nothing but frauds

Special orders can be daunting, but support throughout made it stress-free. Delivery timelines were followed accurately. The dress arrived in perfect condition and fit flawlessly. Truly appreciated the professionalism.

This is a scam company set up to recover funds for all clients whose money was taken for orders never places - this along with their other company called Auraelis Couture are all pushing the same story. We placed an order in July for delivery August - we know for a fact that the order was never placed with the designer and when we requested an update on order they stated that they had gone into bankruptcy (which actually had been filed in June 2024) and they will update us in a months time. Since then no update and no refund. Now they are pushing dresses on great discounts and asking clients to pay by invoices. We will be notifying the FBI and request everyone scammed to join our cause so we can take this company to justice!

I paid for my dress months ago and told the company that I would need it in early October. I never heard any updates. On August 11, 2025, the company’s representative promised to give me a status report on my gown by the end of the day. It’s now mid-September and I’ve still heard nothing. Further, the website is down, phone number is not working, and no one is returning my emails. I’m out the money and have no dress and no time to order a replacement. I’m outraged.
