Aaron was my engineer, He was on time and had kept me informed as to his exact timings well. He was friendly and very professional in the way that he conducted the repair. In order to ascertain the exact problem I had taken the machine apart to locate the problem but had not reassembled all of the screws. He made me feel very at ease about all of this snd took the trouble to explain what he was doing, and why. He was extremely helpful
In relocating the machine in its proper position at the end . I rate his work very highly indeed and strongly believe he is a very good ambassador for Dolphin. I cannot praise his work too highly. He was really excellent. Thank you .

Aaron attended and fitted the grill element on my John Lewis oven, off the back of my D & G policy. He was prompt, courteous and knew his job backwards. Excellent service.
The only snag is that I would have liked a receipt/job confirmation to show date the grill was changed for my personal records.

Absolutely appalling experience and customer service.

Our hob was fitted in December 2024 and has now developed the exact same fault for the second time. The first time, we were told it needed replacing and were given a “brand-new” hob.

When the engineer came out on 14th August this year, we were then told that both hobs had actually come from a 2022 batch. So the supposedly brand-new replacement we were given was already around two years old when it was fitted. Unsurprisingly, it then developed the same fault.

To make matters even worse, while the engineer was putting the hob back into the worktop after inspecting it, he smashed the glass. It now has a large crack across it and is completely unsafe to use.

We were then given an appointment for 1st September for a new hob to be fitted. Nobody turned up. We later had to chase them, only to be told that they didn’t have the parts in stock and that they would contact us when they did.

Since then, absolutely nothing. No update, no timescale and no indication of when we are actually going to have a working hob again.

We have two young children in the house and have now been left without a usable hob for weeks. The fact that we are in this position in the first place is bad enough, but the hob was then damaged by their own engineer and we have subsequently been left completely in the dark.

The whole thing has been incredibly frustrating. We have been patient, but there is only so long you can put up with this level of incompetence and lack of communication.

At this point I don’t want another excuse or another promise that someone will “get back to me”. I want the problem fixed. If they can’t source the parts or the same hob within a reasonable timeframe, they should provide a suitable replacement of the same size and specification.

For a company dealing with household appliances, leaving a family with two young children without a safe, working hob for this long is completely unacceptable.

I would strongly think twice before using this company.

Engineer arrived on time, took time to protect the surrounding area before carrying out the repair and then hoovered up after refitting the appliance and clearing away his tools and equipment

Louis was on time, polite, efficient and tidy. Very impressed.

I have had nothing but trouble with this company. They sent an engineer to fix my faulty dishwasher in March and then again in April who caused a leak which has damaged my kitchen. I’ve been in contact with team for months and have had no response. The only email I have had from them was from someone asking me to fill in a claims form which I did in July and guess what…..NOTHING! Don’t waste your time with these people they just send miserable engineers out to you who damage your property and then ghost you when you hold them accountable

I received very fast, efficient service today. The gentleman work well and completed the job to a high standard

Had Andrew come by today to inspect and fix my Beko dish washer. After waiting more than a week for a different company, I finally got top notch service, plus great advice and for future-proofing tips that would hopefully prevent another breakdown. Thanks a lot Andrew!

The day before we receive a text with our hour slot.

Traffic caused 10min delay, a text was sent letting us know.

Would recommend!
