The Electrical Counter Reviews

Bit of a wait to receive vs. others (what an ADHD impatient world we live in) but they have "everything" are decently priced, they pick the right item and deliver it securely by tracked delivery to a DHL standard etc. If time is on your side I recommend because you can't do better. In a crazy hurry, maybe elsewhere - but then if you get sent the wrong item you've not saved really? Fixing an old kitchen cabinet's LEDs in fact and this was only place I could find an older style with spaced out strip, low power so no driver replacement. Why's that important - because I don't want to change every cabinet just because I'm doing one !!

easy to order and quick delivery

Excellent product, communications good, delivered promptly.

Good quality to rely on and good service all round
Thanks

From ease of ordering to delivery everything went smoothly, product was of a good quantity and competitively priced.

Speed of delivery was best of about 5 separate things I ordered the same day,

Only not 5* because the initial delivery was a little slow. However, when I emailed to tell them my electrician was coming in 2 days time, they were quick to respond and it arrived the next day. Thanks guys

Fast delivery good quality products at a good price

Easy to place order and very happy with my purchase. Would buy again from this company.

It was a good price for this EV waterproof outdoor wall socket for my garage .
Arrived well packed and easy to fit .
Good quality too 👍

The Electrical Counter had the product I needed at a competitive price and they delivered in the time they said they would. There really isn't anything more one could ask.

On item in my order which was listed in stock on their website was actually out of stock and this delayed the delivery of the order (supposedly "next day delivery") by a week. It took them many days to tell me why the order had not been dispatched.

Ordered bootlace ferrules for a project. Advertised as in stock ready for dispatch in 2-3 days. Took2 weeks to arrive.

Excellent price and timely delivery

I chose this vendor because they had good range on their website and good prices. Unfortunately, they don't carry stock of a lot of it. It's advertised as 2-3 days delivery but what this actually means is they'll order it from their suppliers and will delay the entire order until it's all in stock. So even if most things are "next day", by default they won't send any of it until they have the lot. What's more annoying is they don't communicate this until you phone up to ask where the delivery is and then they tell you it's on hold. They did subsequently send the in stock items and put the rest on back order, but it was still too late. Nice people on the phone but I think the way they sort dispatch leaves a lot to be desired. Twice I have had electricians turn up without the stuff to fit because sadly the Electrical Counter has let me down.

Easy order, right price, fast delivery.
What more do you need.

I’ld looked on other websites and found this lamp on The Electrical Counter at a very competitive price. It arrived promptly, was well packaged and is really lovely!

Excellent service, good delivery times, value for money over competition.

Although the parcel was held up this was with DHL and not The Electrical Counter.
