Very competitive pricing, good quality products, fast delivery and sturdy packaging

Great price. Speedy delivery. Great Comms.

Effecient service and satisfactory Product. A pity the postage was excessively high.

Pretty much everything is marked with next day delivery eligible on their website but it is a lie. I had to make a phone call, identify and replace all the items that were not available. Then they put a new order for the replaced items however these are delivered in 4 days not next day. And they delivered only the replaced items, I never got the remaining items from the original order. My builders completed all the work in this time, and I had to cancel and return all of these.

I gave 2 stars as they admitted their mistake and offered a free return.

Arrived promptly and well packaged . Good transaction

Great Prices on most products , but availibility not always good , Part orders dispatched , then the rest a week later , no email to say certain products will be late , i then have to buy it locally at a higher cost .

After a slow start, due to logistical issues, materials arrived as promised. Further transactions were delivered next day.

Excellent service

The items I bought were polished chrome light switches which were of excellent quality and a very good price.
The goods were delivery fast and were properly packaged.
I will definitely buy again.

Quality service and quality products

Good range of products. Delivery quick and on time.

As described and delivered quickly.

Bit of a wait to receive vs. others (what an ADHD impatient world we live in) but they have "everything" are decently priced, they pick the right item and deliver it securely by tracked delivery to a DHL standard etc. If time is on your side I recommend because you can't do better. In a crazy hurry, maybe elsewhere - but then if you get sent the wrong item you've not saved really? Fixing an old kitchen cabinet's LEDs in fact and this was only place I could find an older style with spaced out strip, low power so no driver replacement. Why's that important - because I don't want to change every cabinet just because I'm doing one !!
