The Electrical Counter Reviews

Excellent service product in stock and delivered very quickly.

Quick delivery and great prices. Had no issues with my order.

Website was easy to use, with lots of choice and product detail.
Items were packed well and arrived as communicated.

Excellent service, prompt, no-fuss and ultmately reliable service, litterally nothing to fault The Electrical Counter.

Website was easy to use, ordering and paying was simple, packing and delivery times were great.
Thank you.

My order was delayed so I contacted the company. They were very helpful and I eventually received my order. Would thoroughly recommend and would use again because of their customer service.

Good price, kept me informed on the orders progress.

Customer service brilliant delivery company lost my item I got in touch with customer service they said well look into it to my surprise they did and sorted it out so big thank you 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend again thank you

Unfortunately this excellent company could not supply the rare switches i needed quick enough. I was therefore forced to cancel this order and ask for a refund. Same day refund was back in my account. I could not ask for a better service. I recommend them to all without hesitation.

It took 5 days before the order was processed. One item ordered (in stock on website) was unavailable (but the email didn't let me know which item), so it took 8 days before I got the order. Not the end of the world, but not up to speed with the modern world :(

Excellent service and the goods were of good quality. Electrical items that do not seem to be stocked by the mainstream suppliers. It was the first time I had used The Electrical Counter but it will not be the last.

Excellent service - ordered online but one of my products was not available. Charlotte the sales office manager called me & suggested alternative and managed to ship to me within my tight timescale. Thank you.

Fantastic items at great prices. Website is easy to use. Delivery is fast. 3rd visit today in renovation house mode.

Fast post. Good prices. And good communication.

Easy to order ... Fast delivery... Items perfect.... Great service I would use this company again

Broad range of products, great prices, excellent packaging, fast shipping and responsive customer service. What more could you ask for?

Just what i needed. Useful to buy components which can be seen all in one place rather than trawling around endlessly trying to source individually.
Good competitive pricing .
The delivery is not as fast as I would like and the site's own search engine is poor. I found google was better for finding its stock items than its own search.
But all in all, a very fine experience overall. *****

Great price much cheaper than anywhere else ,quick delivery have used this company before and will definitely use again

Only needed a double wall socket to match the 'Gunmetal' finish on the ones we've already got in our kitchen.

Finding / choosing / ordering / price / and delivery were all top notch.

10/10 guys ... thank you. 👍
