Emirates flight and aircrew were so pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Stayed at the Riu Dubai and again nothing was too much trouble. Superb all round experience, cannot fault anything. This was our 4th visit and will continue in the future.

This was our 3rd Emirates Business flight from Stansted to Mauritius via Dubai. Door to door serrvice with Addison Lee pick up and bags all carries through check in fantastic especially the new feature of a text telling me you have loaded my bags on the flights. The food, wines and service on board exceptional. The only down side was the change in Dubai and the very long walk from arrival gate A to boarding gate C !
However it will not stop us using Emirates next year

We booked a last-minute holiday from Edinburgh to Dubai with Emirates Holidays and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

The booking process was straightforward and everything went smoothly. When we arrived in Dubai, we were greeted just before passport control by an Emirates member of staff who explained exactly where we needed to go and what would happen next.

Once we had passed through security, another two members of the Emirates team were there to meet us and help us on our way. Within around 45 minutes of landing in Dubai, we were already heading to our hotel, which made the whole arrival process feel really easy and stress-free.

We were also offered a promotional upgrade for our return transfer, which we accepted, and the experience was exactly what you would expect from Emirates — amazing.

Overall, we were really impressed with the service and how smoothly everything was organised. We would definitely book with Emirates Holidays again.

I have always used Emirates Holidays to book my chosen destination and resort. The booking process is clear and simple to use. The resort packages are made clear once you have chosen the resort. My flights to and from Male were all on time and the service as usual was outstanding. It seems to me that the staff are genuine and love what they do. Thank you Emirates for making the journey part of the holiday enjoyable and stress free.

Had a wonderful Emirates holiday. Both hotel Marriott Resort Palm Jumeriah in Dubai and flight were excellent. Really couldn’t do more. The experience is something we intend to do again, as it really felt like a 5* holiday away from home.

We recently flew STN-DXB-MRU and back in Emirates business class. The service was excellent as was the food that was served on board. My aircraft preference was the B777 with the new seat configuration- well done Emirates

Staff are very knowledgeable always helpful And often get complimentary transfers
And the holidays are very reasonable
Flight time to dubai are very good too

Having booked the whole package with Emirates Holidays the flights were perfect. The hotel though fell short of expectations !! I have separately contact the hotel since our return ! Do not recommend LeMeridiem Mina Sahi !!! Please remove it from your portfolio of hotels .

We used emirates holidays for a two week two centre holiday to the Maldives and Sri Lanka we received superb service from emirates before during and after our holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again and would recommend to anyone looking for a top quality holiday !

Travelled with Emirates a few times now and the service has been excellent.
Recently came back from an Emirates all inclusive package holiday to Dubai and Mauritius. Booking, payment, check-in and after sales care was made easy via the app.
Had a small issue with room on arrival in Mauritius and it was dealt with very quickly via the Emirates rep via a simple WhatsApp message.
Can't think of 1 negative comment or situation I have had while travelling with them. 1st class service from all employees I have any dealings with and they certainly take the stress out of long haul travel.

Always book our Dubai holiday through emirates and the service is excellent.
Have always found them so helpful especially anytime I have called to check over our booking . Our flight and information given to you pre and post flight is first class . Our holiday starts the minute we get to the emirates desk 👏👏👏 we save hard for this holiday every two years and can’t wait to book with them again .

I have booked maybe 10 times in the last 10 years, book the flights and hotel through emirates holidays and it’s so easy great staff throughout, emails come regarding flights luggage and transport great to deal with. I cancelled a holiday Easter 2026 and I received every penny back, rebooked for September and December, just perfect service

This was our first trip with emerates holidays and was the best holiday we have ever been on from booking over the phone with the knowledgable staff who helped put our package together to the chauffeur pick up as we flew business to the crew on board who looked after us brilliantly it was my 60th birthday whilst away
We was helped through Dubai airport and male in the maldives by emerates reps who were waiting for us
All in all it was my best holiday experience ever and we are looking forward to travelling emerates next year again

Great customer service, wide choice of holidays, Fabulous accommodation. Economy class flights amazing, lots of room, food very good, great choice of films. Hotel was 5 star and amazing! Will definately be choosing Emirates Holidays again.

We have just returned from a 3wk holiday in Dubai we travelled with Emirates Holidays and everything was 5star from start to finish, the hotel was amazing, the emirates rep Clifford was on site most days for anything you may have wanted, also the hotel Le Royal Meridian JBR was amazing as soon as you pulled up outside you knew you were about to experience the best holiday ever 😎

Fantastic holiday to Rixos the palm dubai with emirates holidays . Booked everything through emirates holidays including transfers special assistance . Superb holiday from start to finish . Flights exceptional great entertainment on board and food , hotel amazing too highly recommend this package holiday , for my 60th birthday celebrations kept coming at the hotel .
