Another fantastic holiday and flight provided by Emirates.
Great range of destinations, flight times etc.
We’ve travelled with Emirates on well over 20 holidays and never experienced any problems, cannot see us ever using any other provider.
Thanks to all at Emirates

Always fly emirates to Dubai every year feel they offer great customer service at all times and mostly run to time. A bit disappointed when we cancelled our holiday in June to Dubai because of the situation and lost our deposit. Considering we had Dubai booked in September was hoping they would have put the deposit to our sept holiday as it wasn’t paid in full. We use emirates twice a year and have done for many years now. I know that was their policy but there can be exceptions made I’m sure.

Great holiday, couldn't wish for better from start to finish.

From start to finish the holiday we booked was faultless.Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff that had stayed at our hotel in Dubai. We always get three quotes for our holidays,Emirates are always around the best prices, but the service is what makes the difference. You also travel on Emirates Airlines… the very best

They are able to give a personal service and a real adviser answers the phone without too long a wait. The booking and transfer arrangements were very smooth and the hotel exceeded expectations. Dubai is safe , sunny , with excellent service . I recommend emirates holidays and their flights without hesitation.

Overall (flight and hotel) really good value for money. Plenty of choice in departure times and airports, on board experience was fine.

Wonderful service and experience from emirates staff, hotel I stayed at the four points Sheraton in Dubai which was excellent, overall a five star vacation and I'll certainly be using emirates for my next trip .

Emirates Holiday has been great value when it comes to holiday packages. The airline is in my opinion one of the best both in safety and service. The price is reasonable and I’ve done comparisons with other agents and without any doubt Emirates came up tops. I would use it again as I have done previously in several occasions as they’ve dealt with every query as swiftly as possible including giving choices of flights due to unforeseen circumstances. I’ve nothing but praise for the airline, staff and the holiday packages it offers and wouldn’t hesitate using again and again.

We always book with Emirates as we always receive a very good service. From booking our trip right through to the quality of service at the airport and on Emirates flights and hotels. We like the extra information to inform us that luggage is on board and the relevant belt to pick up our luggage at our destination.

Emirates were superb experience for us,from booking through their agent too the fantastic hotel,it was a fantastic holiday.
The flight was good, food exceptional and cabin crew were first rate.
We stayed at Dubai Hilton palm jamierah and it was fantastic, the staff were amazing and polite and could not do enough for you,I would highly recommend this hotel if you ever visit Dubai.
Travelling with Emirates was a smooth experience,no problems at all and will travel and book holiday with them again

My experience was fantastic, lovely pleasant staff who couldnt do enough for us, our hotel was fantastic. I cant wait to fly Emirates again in the future.

The holiday was simply one of the best my wife and I have ever had.

From checking in to the flight, the staff were amazing. They were courteous and attentive.

We didn’t know what to expect at the hotel, never having been to Dubai or in a Rixos before. If anything, that experience was improved a notch. The staff from reception, porters, restaurants and pool were just first class.

I have already recommended Emirates and Rixos to my friends and we will definitely be having a return visit.

This was my 1st time flying with Emirates and I don’t know why I’ve never flown with them before, the cabin crew were so helpful, the food was excellent, I would highly recommend Emirates. 🤗

From the minute we booked with Emirates until the holiday was over Emirates were absolutely fantastic. We have loads of correspondence and emails. We were given updates and guidance every step of the booking. The check in was smooth and pleasant. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The flight was fantastic. Spotless and staff could not do enough for you. I will definitely look to use Emirates at every opportunity. Your holiday starts early with them. No stress no hassle and consistency supportive. 5/5 for me
