Emirates from start to finish was great to deal with, at the airport both outbound and inbound were stress free however some communication airline after security would have been beneficial to explain a delay on the inbound flight home, online check-in and bagged drop was a breeze at Heathrow and at Dubai International Airport...... another point to improve would be to advise which 3rd party company are dealing with the airport transfer, the hotel was visited before so we know what to expect, we would not hesitate at all to fly with Emirates again, the Inbound flight crew were helpful patient and friendly

Booked on line and paid in full for the holiday which departed in 10 days - two days later they advise the flight component of holiday had increased by £500 despite me paying in full at booking stage. Three days before departure the same holiday had dropped in price by£800 as there was a special promotion with the hotel - guess what, Emirates holidays were not prepared to reduce the price! When prices go up you have to pay extra but when prices go down you don’t benefit- Emirates holidays win every time. They spend so much wasted effort trying to justify it … and everyone knows it is not a fair way to treat customers

We booked a holiday with Emirates as an All inclusive holiday to Sri Lanka at the Club Dolphin Hotel, our room had water and coffee and tea facilities with chocolates in a box and a plate of mixed fruits. Our flight with Emirates was as usual lovey with friendly staff on and off the flight, The holiday itself was amazing, the room beautiful with a walk out pool room. Staff were so lovely and very engaging with customers. Our room attendant did an amazing job each day we requested him, anything we needed he was there for us. The whole resort was amazing, we met Nipun, who arranged trips for us and he did such an amazing job with them, everything we requested he made sure we got to see and do. the flight home was good and we had no issues going in and out of Sri Lanka, we got upgraded to First Class on the second leg of our flight home and it was an amazing experience. We are so pleased with Emirates that we have booked another holiday with them for April 2027.

Booking was very easy through the Emirates agent. He listened to what we wanted and offered several combinations within our budget. He built into the price of meet and greet at the airport. He arranged transport to and from the hotel. He emailed the quotes and we read through them and he rang us back. He booked everything. Whilst away we had contact through Whats app if we needed help.

From the moment the chauffeur taxi service collected us through to picking us up again after our holiday, the service levels and customer care was outstanding.
Le Tousserok in Mauritius was also outstanding…food, accommodation and service attentive and caring.
Would not hesitate to recommend Emirates Holidays.

Fantastic experience using Emirates Holidays. We booked 11 months in advance and got a fantastic price for our holiday to the UAE. There was some work taking place at our hotel during our stay but emirates notified of this well in advance and provided contact details should we have needed them. It was our first time booking a package through emirates but it certainly won’t be our last!

We received excellent customer service

The service from Emirates was fantastic from start to finish. There communication was excellent as the war started keeping us updated and answering questions quickly. The quality of service on both the flights and in resort was also excellent from having a greeter at the airport to WhatsApp chat available to answer any queries quickly. Would definitely book with them again

We have just returned from 10 days at Barcelo Coconut Island in Phuket Thailand. We booked the entire trip with Emirates and now glad we did so. Flying from London to Dubai and then Dubai to Phuket. The first leg in economy was more spacious than other airlines we have used, with good food and pretty relaxing. The second leg was a smaller plane, same good service but more cramp. Not great for taller passengers. The flight ran pretty much to time considering the issues in the middle east region and no drama at all. Emirates appointed local representative 'Destination Asia' were great. They picked us up from the airport, then to the boat. They also organized or trips after meeting up with us on the first morning. This local company were a credit to Emirates. Barcelo Coconut Island is a lovely hotel resort, warm, helpful and friendly people, great food, great accommodation, nice beach and pools and nice gym and spa. Overall exceeding our expectations. We really wished we could have stayed longer. This holiday ticked all the boxes. Quite, lovely, well appointed location to stay and a 10 minute shuttle boat to the noisy, hustle and bustle should you feel like it. The transfer home and flights home were just as good going back. Very straight forward and no complaints. Just wished we had longer than 10 days :(

First trip with Emirates to Dubai, previously used KLM and this trip was a very positive experience.

No issues with delays, faultless flights with great choices of onboard entertainment.

Manchester to Male with Emirates, were upgraded at no cost. Flight from Male to Resort via Sea Plane was included in the price of the package holiday. Same package offered by other companies were £1k+ more expensive. Stayed in Garden bungalow 384, 20 steps from a lagoon with the best view on the Island. This in my view was the best location on the island, private and idilic.Would highly recommend Emirate Holidays

From start to finish our journey to Dubai was extremely comfortable. Staff take excellent care of you and nothing is too much trouble. We were delighted with the meals, they were delicious! Will definitely book again with yourselves. Best airline we have ever travelled with. Thanks Emirates.

Strange experience when trying to book a multi centre holiday through Emirates. Spoken to 3 different people and received 2 quotes with wrong dates and trip arrangement. The last person I spoke to (Vikram) said he’d sort it and then quickly said “goodbye”, which he never sorted it and sounded like he just wanted me off the phone. My callback request with the initial person (Saurav) has been ignored also. I’m definitely not calling up a fourth time just to even get a quote, it’s almost like they don’t want your money. I dread to think what the service would be like if i did book with Emirates and something went wrong. This was potentially going to be a group booking for a large party for my 40th birthday celebrations, but I’ve told the group chat my experience with Emirates and we’ve all went with a different company. Will be avoiding Emirates for any future trips.

It was so easy and seamless, and we had a slight discrepancy with the hotel over what the half board was. Emirates Holidays called the hotel and smoothed it all out for us with no trouble at all.

They were there when we needed them, and of course Emirates are fantastic for the flights, but clamping on the holiday piece was actually a great relief because we had one person to talk to.

The holiday included 4 first class flights from Glasgow to Singapore and 11 nights in Raffles Singapore.
I would like to take a few minutes to complement everyone involved in ensuring that this special occasion was made so exceptional for both of us.

From the outset everything was perfect.
The drivers arrived on time and we were met by an Emirates representative who ensured the check in was stress free.
The cabin crew on all flights were exceptional they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for us. Their professionalism, kindness and dedication was something we had never encountered previously on any airline. We were met by ground staff when we had transfers. This was a fantastic service which made things so easy, (especially for two pensioners).
The lounges were definitely something special and the Dubai First Class lounge has to be experienced to be believed.
Finally the hotel offered by Emirates was equally spectacular. Raffles Singapore is definitely the place to stay.
