I would highly recommend Emirates holidays, service was excellent from start to finish as well as the price we paid for the package.

First time of flying with Emirates for an holiday. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The flight was on time both ways, staff were very friendly onboard and as we flew Premium Economy we were so well looked after. Hotel (Mina Al Salem) was excellent, rooms were very spacious and breakfast was amazing.! Staff were so friendly. I will definitely use Emirates Holidays in the future.

8First time I booked with Emerites and they were helpful and rang me just before the holiday to go through everything, flights on time, hotel fabulous and food was brilliant, definitely will be going back.

We booked a “package” at short notice with Emirates Holidays, flying Edinburgh to Dubai. The online holiday booking process was easy and straightforward. The price for flights, hotel and transfers seemed reasonable and we had the reassurance of everything being booked together, in the event circumstances in the UAE changed last minute. Online check-in in advance was fine and we only had a short wait at Edinburgh Airport to drop off checked in bags. The crew on the flight out to Dubai (4 Sept) were wonderful - friendly, very efficient and polished - great flight. Transfer from the airport to our hotel did take longer than we expected and we did have to sit and wait until our driver arrived. We booked Sofitel The Palm (Prestige Suite), on Half Board with Club Lounge access. Overall the hotel was lovely (staff exceptional), although I have done a more detailed review of the hotel on Trip Advisor with our personal thoughts and observations. When we were due to leave, I was expecting confirmation from Emirates re our transfer pick up time from the hotel back to the airport (this was due 24-48 hours prior to departure) but sadly that didn’t happen so I ended up trying to reach someone at Emirates in order to confirm that - that was a little frustrating. Again, online check-in beforehand was fine and bag drop-off at airport was quick. The crew on our return flight to Edinburgh (15 September) sadly were not as friendly and polite as the other crew - barely engaging or smiling and generally quite “off” in mannerism, which was quite unexpected and disappointing. On landing at Edinburgh, our baggage took a long time to appear on the luggage carousel and then when they did come off, sadly my husband’s new Samsonite suitcase (purchased in February 2026) was damaged so we had to report that in the arrivals hall, before leaving the airport. We are currently in email contact with the relevant company regarding resolving that issue, which I trust will be dealt with appropriately, given the case is only 7 months old ! Apart from these issues (which I’d be happy discuss further if necessary), I would likely use Emirates Holidays again.

The price of our holiday was competitive. We found their staff were very helpful and they were particularly good with their communication.

Easy and clear booking procedure for holiday to Maldives.
Great customer service. Contacting us prior to our holiday to check everything is ok. Constand updates via the app and email for any flight changes and delays. Updates that luggage had been checked in and loaded to plane.
Lots of legroom on planes, A380, 777 and A350.
Food on planes also lovely.

Great experience. Cabin crew were excellent recently only tried Emirates for first time after poor service from another carrier. Very impressed would use again.

My only gripe is they do not always givw out ammenity kits depending on flight length and sector. But overlooked this as service made up for it.

I flew both A380 and B777 but noticeable dated business class on the 777. I believe this is in the process of being updated though.

I have recently returned from my holiday in Dubai with Emirates holiday.
The service from booking to returning home was first class.
Will always book with Emirates were possible for my travel requirements.

Brilliant staff and amazing service

I had a very good experience the note I requested had been taken care of. A few days before the trip one of the resort rep called me to confirm everything is all arranged with the surprise when we arrive.
Great flight,good service and meal on the airplane is yummy and quite generous potion.
The hotel we booked is beautiful as described Cinnamon Dhvonveli Maldives.

The whole process from initial inquiry to return from holiday was seamless with a constant update on flights , updates on bookings and next stages in the booking process. The journey was long but the quality of the flights and service was impeccable. We used the lounge in Dubai on the return leg which was really helpful to us coping with the journey.
The hotel itself was amazing and the staff could not do enough for us. The country was very beautiful with lots to do and the people we met were amazing.

Fantastic service- excellent communication from initial booking through to the end of the holiday. Changes that I needed were facilitated without any difficulty. WhatsApp facility available for peace of mind.

Avoid avoid avoid. They’re no different to loveholidays. They have nothing to do with Emirates airlines and their customer service is awful. They emailed us prior to our holiday informed us that nearly everything we had booked had changed as the hotels were under renovation to the point they should have been closed. I complained that he shouldn’t be paying full price for this and they offered to cancel my holiday and only charge me £700 for the privilege as gesture of goodwill. They don’t care about your holiday

Amazing experience with Emirates holidays from start to finish. We had an amazing holiday and the service was incredible. Definitely recommend.

No problems at all and looked after the whole way through from booking to coming home.
Second time we’ve used Emirates holidays and would use again, providing the price is right.

Outstanding from start to finish. This was a fantastic holiday. Well it was our honeymoon. Great check in. Fantastic food and seats. The service on emerates is always by far the best. The rep sarah at the resort was a 10/10 on customer service. The trips were outstanding and great value. For us it was a 10/10 not a 5. Thankyou all for making our honeymoon one we will never forget

From the time when I book my holiday team was next to me , answering all my questions, giving me advice, while arriving in Dubai airport they was waiting for me and guide me where to go for my transfer ,everything went smoothly and I recommended 100% Emirates Holiday

Terrible customer service. Be advised, while advertised as Emirates and part of the group, there is zero association or benefit from this. The company just left a voice note saying that the airline has cancelled a flight just ahead of our holiday. I had to call back and wait in a queue for an age to be offered two awful alternative - we either lose almost a full day of our holiday or have to spend multiple hours at an airport connecting. Additionally, and appallingly, the company does not recognise this and there is no change to the price of the holiday and zero customer service to recognise the change. Even though they claim to not be part of Emirates they also advised they cannot look at other airlines. I hope for a good holiday despite the failings of this company and wider group, but would not recommend booking with this company.
