Great service from James Honeywood. Was patient and caring in meeting our financial needs to make sure deal was right for us. Always provided updates on delivery timelines and kept us informed and always returned our calls. car had damage pa0it work to front bumper which i did not see on picking up the new car. Phoned dealer but was told because i signed as seen car was ok. i only seen the mark on the bumper after i got home you were not going to fix this. As an ex ford employee and have purchased and family members over 20 new vehicles over the last 20 years i am very disapointed with the outcome of the complaint. This was the first time i have purchased a car through you dealerships

We understand how disappointing it must be to have damage to the vehicle soon after collecting it. We can assure you that there is a robust and thorough handover process in place to detect any issues ahead of vehicle’s collection and that these checks were in place with your purchase.
On this occasion the car was checked by the Sales Executive and the Sales Manager as well as being signed off by yourself before you left the dealership.
