Outstanding Customer Experience
Just bought our 4th car from John Grose at Woodbridge, the whole experience is first class, from initial enquiry to quotation, ordering and delivery was amazing.
The attention to detail and friendly atmosphere is a welcome change from some other ford dealerships.

Exemplary service but Dealership at risk of closure.
This is our 7th new Ford from John Grose, Woodbridge.
As ever the service given by the small team at this location was exemplary.
Prior to 2011 (our first purchase from Woodbridge), we always dealt with Potters of Framlingham - later taken over and subsequently closed down by John Grose.
If our information is now correct I.e. that you will be withdrawing new car sales from the Woodbridge branch , possibly later this year, then I’m afraid this car could be our last Ford.
We, like so many of the older generation, value the ‘personal’ interaction given by smaller Dealerships as apposed to the ‘Superstore’ impersonal setups !
We are aware that Ford Motor Company are the reason for closing down these small Dealerships - they need to listen to their loyal customers before their market share slides any further !

Super service from the sales person
Super service from the sales person. Very responsive to questions. No pressure and gave me the time to decide what I wanted within my price range and feature requirements. I personally collected the car even though I was nearly 200 miles away. Extremely competitive on price.

Fabulous service
The whole experience was good, we were kept upto date with progress, we decided to collect the car as I needed it quickly. We travelled from Derby to Woodbridge to collect it. We were picked up from the train station, the car was ready and we were given all the relevant information. Special mention to Stuart he was great throughout the process.
