New car deal
After ringing rates in grays and got no reply from them I phoned John grose and spoke to Stuart Morgan, he sorted out the car we wanted and the deal over the phone and helped us with all the technical issues we had with no problems, great service and I’m just waiting till my car is up for its renewal and I’ll be in touch.

Friendly Reception
We had a very friendly reception from the salesman and later the manager came over to introduce himself. We were happy with the deal for our trade in and John Grose had a good range of vehicles in stock so we were able to collect our new Puma ST early in March.

Excellent Customer Experience
Jack Keeling was extremely helpful and fulfilled my vehicle requirements at very short notice at price I wanted to pay. Had possession of my new Ford Puma within 7 days of order. The service Jack provided was very thorough and informative both before and after sale. Would not hesitate to recommend John Grose dealership to anybody looking to buy a Ford vehicle.
