This company is a SCAM. Ordered an engraved keyring for my wife from our son for Xmas, it was supposedly shipped on the 6th, still not received anything and despite using the contact form and email... nothing, no response at all.

Guessing they are also not based in London either.

Also to add, I've had to request a charge back from my bank, there's no way these criminals are keeping my money.

Tried to contact thus company several times reference delivery of order no response cant get a direct contact number, will be contacting credit card company to stop payment
Would not recommend this company

Placed order on 27 Nov, have not received the item. Contacted customer services but no one replied.

Avoid this company!

2 weeks with no updates.
I have opened a dispute with my bank as they won't respond to emails.

Placed an order end of November no tracking number received and no communication since original order confirmation. They are very expensive as well for a keyring. Would avoid ordering as it seems the majority of orders don't get fulfilled

I placed an order five days ago because the website claimed dispatch within 48 hours, but my item never arrived. There’s been no tracking number, no updates, and no communication from the company at all.

After checking TrustPilot, I realized many others have had the same issue — I wish I had looked sooner. I paid £21 for a keyring, which I could have easily ordered from a more reputable company for a similar or even lower price.

Their Instagram page also looks inactive, with barely any engagement and no replies to customer messages. Based on my experience, this seems like a poorly managed (possibly one-person) operation that does not deliver what it promises.

I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this website until they prove they can actually fulfill and communicate about orders.

Update - item finally arrived and I am more than happy with it. Took 10 days, but they delivered, so I've decided to upgrade to a 4 star

I would give 0 if I could! Placed order, says shipped within 48 hours. Order not shipped, told me they couldn’t use my photo. Asked for a refund and was told I could have a credit valid for 6 months. Emailed back now several times requesting my money back and I have had no response! I’ve now had to raise this for a charge back with my bank!

Order claims “next day dispatch” but still waiting on delivery 2 weeks later. No customer service response or way of tracking the parcel. Avoid at all costs!!!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. I don't think they ship anything despite sending out an email. They do not respond to messages. Will claim money back through bank.

Ordered a keyring end of November 2024, supposedly shipped November 30th and still nothing arrived. Contacted them through their website on 5th December and no response. No option to track the parcel or even know if it’s been sent at all. Ridiculous.

My order was late so I emailed the company and got a very quick response, luckily my keyring turned up the next day and I was offered a partial refund as a sorry. Great communication and happy with my item. Thank you!

I placed an order for Mother’s Day, it’s now 15 days overdue-no delivery! I contacted the site, and they stated they can’t update on my delivery… I’m sorry, buts that’s not good enough…

Ordered a keyring for a 40th birthday gift on 17th of October , been in contact twice , second time asked for a refund or proof of shipping to be told order will be arriving and had email confirmation to say it has been shipped but still no order has arrived has of 1st of December .

Ordered a key ring and gift box. Great service and the key ring is lovely. Only 4 stars due to slow delivery via Royal Mail. As this was a birthday gift and was delivered a day late, took them 12 days to deliver

Key ring was lovely and looked exactly like what was shown on the order. The blue pouch it came in was a nice surprise, delivery was slow. Which is the only reason for the 3 stars

I ordered a keyring from here yesterday with a photo. When I went to add the photo it didn’t say that the quality was no satisfactory at all. Then I get a email to say this is the case. I asked for them to cancel my order and I would go else were and they said said they will issue me a voucher! No thank you just my money back I agree with all these bad reviews stay clear as trading standards are involved
