Took a little while for order to arrive but quality is great and customer service was great with responding.

I ordered some keyrings on 2nd Oct but they still haven't arrived. I have sent 2 emails so far and had no response. I'm really disappointed with the service. I will be contacting my bank to try to get a refund

The keyring looks amazing and arrived in perfect condition. My wife was very pleased as it was for a birthday present with our children engraved on it.

It did take around 3 weeks (to the UK) due to the current transport issues.

Email support was very good.

I have not received my keyring and it has been nearly 2 weeks!!!! I am appauled at the service. I have sent so many emails and not received any response! This was supposed to be a gift and i am disgusted at the lack of response! I have not received any reply from the company! There is no mobile number to contact them on and all the order tracking says is shipped!!!! Nothing has been delivered and it is awful! I want a reply from this company asap as i want my money back!!!!

Lovely reasonably priced keyrings, made even with special characters I requested, fast customer service response time. The order took a bit longer to arrive, so plan ahead. I would use this service again.

Don't bother ordering from this company. Its not even in uk Ordered on the 9th of June still hasn't arrived. Its 22nd june today. No fathers day gift. Fuming.

Ordered an engraved keyring for my partner for Father’s Day, made sure I ordered it with plenty of time for it to arrive for Father’s Day!
It is now the day before, I have emailed the page (to no response) again and I still haven’t received the keyring. Avoid ordering from this company I truly wished I checked on this trust pilot first as it’s strange to not have any reviews. So here is mine! Stay away save your money and use a reputable company! I’m now out of over £20 and very disappointed.
