I ordered 2 keyrings for my parents for Christmas on 12th December, they did not arrive before Christmas. In fact they did not arrive at all so they sent a replacement which took a further 3 weeks to arrive. When they did finally arrive they were awful quality!! You could not even see the picture of my son on the keyring. It was dark and scratched, awful quality!! I could not give the gift to my parents in the end because it was embarrassing! I contacted the company and they said they could give me a 25% discount off my next order (as if I would use them again!!!) or I could send another photo and they would send a replacement. Neither of these options were acceptable for me as I needed to give the gifts to my parents so I ordered a much better quality keyring from Amazon for half the price. When I told the company this they replied very patronisingly. I have never had such bad customer service! Lesson learnt and I lost my money even though their website says if you are not satisfied with the product they will issue a refund!

Item not arrived after 14 days and still saying to wait another 10 before can do anything, awful experience

Ordered keyrings of my mum who I recently lost the laser image of the photograph was amazing I have since ordered more. Delivery took a few weeks but I expect this to have something to do with customs. Highly recommend just be patient for delivery.

Firstly ordering the item was extremely easy and user friendly, secondly the customer service has been brilliant - cannot fault it, and thirdly the item I ordered, which was a personalised keyring with my Grandson's name on it! Absolutely lovely - wonderful quality I really am so pleased and will, without a doubt, use this company again.

I've ordered a keyring with my photo, and the quality is amazing. The photo printing is really high pixels like HD. I'd recommend to anyone who wish to purchase.

Ordered key ring end of nov - dispatched 9th dec. still hadn’t arrived week before Christmas so I emailed and they told me I needed to wait a bit longer. I investigated the company and although .co.uk company they are based in Gibraltar. I have emailed 3 more times requesting a refund and haven’t heard anything. Do not waste your time or money

I ordered an engraved keyring which had an important date included on it. The quality of this item far surpassed my expectations. I wanted it to be something that could be treasured for a very long period of time. And this certainly can because of how premium it is. The presentation box that I ordered as well looks very nice and will allow this keyring to be a token of a very special occasion. It still has not been passed over as a gift just yet. But it is going to be such a surprise! For anybody looking to get an engraved keyring, this company do it the right way. I am very happy with the quality of my item and the customer service.

you sent me an email after 3 weeks of my order being placed and me chasing up that
“After checking, we sent you an email with concern last 11.16.2022 and have not yet received a reply. Therefore, the order was put on hold and therefore not shipped.
Please provide the required answer so we can proceed with the engraving”

then 2 days later after me chasing my refund you say
“Your order was shipped on 2022-11-17 to the following address”
not a happy customer i have lost faith in the business

Item didnt arrive after 14 days of it being shipped when i contacted them about it i was told to wait a further 10 days before they would issue a refund! This was a gift for someone i asked for compensation before the 10th due to needing the money to reorder in time for the event they refused any help , very bad customer service i wont be ordering theough this company again

I had a query and they answered within hours and cleared it up. The order came and it was just right. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

Arrived late and with a noticeable scratch on it (also of poor quality). I emailed the day it arrived and stated my concerns with the scratch and that it was a gift. I did not receive a reply. I've since emailed a few more times and I'm obviously being ignored. This wasn't cheap and as mentioned a gift for someone whose beloved pet recently got put to sleep. Avoid.

Such a lovely gift for each my 8 grandchildren to remind them of our family holiday.
The key rings arrived quickly but sadly the repeat order was very slow. Engraved Keyrings were courteous in their communications and when the second lot did eventually arrive my pleasure in my purchase was undiminished. So good to deal with pleasant people!
