Brilliant service
I ordered the wrong size fireplace. When I requested an exchange for the correct size the customer services were brilliant, all done by email. They arranged collection of the wrong one and delivery of the replacement within a few days.

I disappointed it the service I was given . Had to stay in twice for the order. When the order arrived I did not expect to have to put a fireplace together . The amount we pay it should be assembled.
