Beautiful fire
Fire arrived swiftly and was packaged well. Unfortunately the door had a minor fault.
I was offered a small discount but chose to have a replacement. This arrived fast and they were exchanged at the same time.
Fire is not yet fitted but looks great and I can’t wait to test it out.

Contacted via email to report radiator had a dent in it sent photo proof ,box was untouched it was packed in . Never got a reply sadly radiator works after fitting it thankfully just doesn't look perfect.

Brilliant service
I ordered the wrong size fireplace. When I requested an exchange for the correct size the customer services were brilliant, all done by email. They arranged collection of the wrong one and delivery of the replacement within a few days.
