Price was good and the website pretty straightforward once I found I had to keep scrolling down on Review prior to Pay. The prompts for additional cover were useful.

Really unimpressed been with you 4 days…
Really unimpressed been with you 4 days on the 2nd day I went on holiday for a week abroad and you have been emailing me about sending a copy of my driving licence I haven't taken it on holiday and let you know I can send it the day I get back you won't let me do that and are going to cancel my policy so I am disgusted after 30 years of driving never had such bad customer service for car insurance

Asking for a review on booking…
Asking for a review on booking something that is via a website is a ridiculous. Almost all companies use the same format and platform.
The only review worth submitting will be when the company is needed.
How quickly you answer the phone.
Clear and understandable staff
Website queries responded to promptly
Satisfying any claim
These are the only reviews worth asking about.
As a new customer I hopefully won’t need any of The above.
Oh and don’t automatically inflate prices in renewals!

Pretty cheeky if you ask me, don’t give you your no claims proof until the end date as it’s subject to change? Literally trying to find a new insurance company because these robbing people decided to put my renewal up despite no claims. So because of this I can’t purchase a new insurance policy.
