It was much easier to navigate than some other insurance web sites. Even so there were a couple of instances which I thought were misleading. I just wanted to go straight to the policy which reflected the initial price shown and not be cajoled into seeing anything which resulted in a higher price. That said I was satisfied.

They are cheap but when you try to make…
They are cheap but when you try to make an amendmant, they mess that up and then try to resolve the issue you can'y you hav to wait 10 days for them to then be able to process a change, changed banks and after been assured it has been done. no reponse and when they say they are going to retake payment they don't so are laft with no know where you are with it .. if you could just pick up a phone and call someone, the numbers on the site take you to an automated server that doesn't recognise yor policy number or any other details ..
