Tracy is very helpful, responsive to my concerns and a lovely friendly person to deal with. She has shown her concern for us in many ways and I hope she will continue to do so for a long time ahead.

Angela is our much valued Manager here at Catton Court. She is a trusted friend as well as a very efficient Manager. Angela is interested in our Social events and joins us when she can. We are so lucky to have her here.

Absolute charlatans! Yet another unexpected service charge bill. The upkeep of the property has deteriorated since they took over yet the costs go up and up.

The Manager is very efficient and helpful with any problem , she goes above the call of duty . She is the best Manager in the last 12 years . My Mother values her very highly and always available with any problem
. Her news letters are always informative and she regularly arranges social events for all the residents . She looks after everybody at Pegagus Court amazingly .

5 star but only because Robert G took ownership of a problem with an overpayment and saw it through to a successful conclusion...prior to Robert getting involved it was down to me to chase it every step of the way. Well done and thanks to Robert for stepping up and owning the issue. That's proper customer service.

Andrea is always attentive and listens about our needs. She Manages Castle Court in Tonbridge to a very high level and we are lucky to have her.

In particular Sarah the Manager at Pegasus Court is an exceptional kind and considerate person. She has the ability to adapt her personality to everyone who lives there and their families.
You have peace of mind your loved ones are in safe hands.

To be able to introduce residents to each other who then become friends so no one feels lonely.
In an emergency she is calm but takes control & takes panic out of the situation.

I would like to take the opportunity to give some well-deserved recognition to Rhian, the Development Manager at Allandale Court, Burnham-on-Sea.

Rhian is a truly wonderful manager who goes above and beyond for the residents. She is always approachable, caring and willing to listen, and she treats everyone with kindness, patience and respect.

Rhian works incredibly hard to make Allandale Court a happy, welcoming and caring place to live. She is always there when residents need help or reassurance, and nothing ever seems too much trouble for her. Her dedication and genuine concern for the residents make such a positive difference to all of us.

I feel very fortunate to have Rhian as our Development Manager. She is a real credit to FirstPort and deserves to know just how much her hard work, kindness and commitment are appreciated.

As a Resident at Jenner Court in Weymouth I would like to offer my gratitude for the recent Pond refurbishment works at the property. As a person who is passionate about fish - both as a fisherman and a keeper - I'm sure it will improve the wellbeing of the approximately 300 fish that will benefit and the appearance of the property.
