Angela Johnson is an excellent development manager of Kennedy Court. However it would seem this seems to be a review of First Port the company- this is not made clear on entering the survey.

Dawn provides an excellent service to all who live here. She is caring and very helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They sent us invoices from 2023/2024, which is before we even moved in, or even before we were old enough to purchase a property. We sent money monthly to cover for our service charge, however they just took that money from our myhome account without any notice, no email, no text letter for the overspend of previous years. They also sent out our December/January service charge in June, which also got raised in price without notice, and the month after that they sent us our July one. We were expected to pay this off in the space of 2 months, plus the charges of the overspend from previous years.
During the summer months, they also only cut our grass once or twice, for most of the summer we could barely walk in the communal gardens due to overgrown bushes. The lock in our door for our block of flats was also broken due to someone kicking it in, they took weeks if not over a month to fix it (Please bare in mind there are vulnerable people living in this block, so you can imagine having a door that can be opened by anyone that walks by doesn’t feel very safe). The customer service team is very good, but the company they work for is horrendous.

I would give you 6 stars if I could as I beleive you are the vbest manager we could pssibly hope for.
Your enthusiasm and energy are amazing and nothing seems too difficult for you to act upon.
It is great to see someone always dealing with even trivial queeries in a prompt and efficient manner.

Always very convenient for us to stay at Cadogan Court, everything is very efficient and Maranda always looks after us very well.

Haylea is a great property manager. The rest of the company is a different matter. Haylea has had no boss for about a year. They seem to be hired one week and quit the next. This has resulted in various decisions being left on hold. It seems like we were overcharged on the last service fee bill. We have had no answer in resolving this matter. We were supposed to have a new door bell/emergency call system installed this year. Still waiting for this to happen. Now I’m informed we will be getting a “bridging system” put in until the permanent system is installed. I feel sure the extra costs involved are to be borne by the residents. We are in need of a face to face meeting with the new area manager to get these issues resolved before costs rise again.

Office manager is fantastic. Overcharging then reimbursing not particularly helpful

We stayed at the meads in windsor, in the guest bedroom, the room was beautifully made ready for me and my girlfriend to stay, with an added bonus of two swans made using the towels! Maxine was a delight, made us feel very welcome. Thank you

Caroline is always willing to help residents. She is very efficient, understanding of residents' problems, polite and friendly.

I moved into my flat in March. I love the flat and all my neighbours I’ve met. I’ve had no serious issues and everything seems to be going fine. i’m sure if I had a serious issue, it would be sorted out very efficiently.

General helpfulness given with a smile and a willingness to help.

After asking for the bin cupboard door to be replaced 17 times, and a Stage 1 Complaint, and a report to the Senior Environmental Officer at Chichester District Council and a cc to our MP Jess Brown Fuller it’s still not repaired.

We have have excuses upon excuses.

We’ve also requested copies of expenses and invoices. When they arrive half are internal journals, the cleaning and grounds are missing and the headings of which block are muddled.

We’ve requested a copy of the Scope of Works in accordance with Section 20b, they have been asked 17 times, each time they say it’s in progress. The deadline for our request is 16th Sep, today the surveyor was inside. He has not been briefed on any of the 20 issued raised!!

I’ve reported it to Gavin Vines as a Stage 1 Complaint, he simply says it’s not my job to resolve. Passed the buck back to Aimee ( The Operations Director) who never replies.

I’ve now passed to Mark Neighbour who never replies either.

No wonder FirstPort have such a bad reputation and over paid staff with highly inflated job titles.

Experience with Olamide has been great so far at Thee Waters. He’s been really helpful, pleasant to speak with and communicative!

Sandie has been a great development manager. For a housebound resident like me one of her most important acts has been to stop delivery drivers from leaving things in the bin shed. I depend on deliveries and this has been for me a huge improvement. I have always found Sandie extremely helpful in all aspects of Development life.

I have always found you very helpful and to go out of your way to solve any problems that have arisen with my mum.
You are very approachable and I feel Edward Court are extremely lucky to have you looking after them and the building.
Hope you are not retiring yet.😁

She is always willing to listen, and give advice if needed.

Our manager Sandie is always available to listen and support us all.She is pro active and efficient working hard to maintain our building keeping it attractive.
She has a lovely sense of humor which is a real asset.
She became aquatinted with us all very quickly and appears very aware of our vulnerable owners giving them support.
She has been able to diffuse difficult encounters and also remain firm but friendly over any issues.
