For the past several years, we have returned to Mel at Flight Centre to help organise and book our holidays, including trips to Europe, backpacking through Scandinavia, and our honeymoon in Africa. We feel like Mel understands what we want from a holiday, even when we are not sure ourselves.

On our most recent trip, there was an issue with our accommodation, and Mel quickly sorted it out so we could focus on enjoying our holiday.

To Dear Saleha Begum, I had the most Awesome time ever, thank you ever so much for your kind, caring, support and patience, I am extremely grateful for your professionalism and customer care before and after care. I sure know where to come for my next trip.

With Julia I have booked and made two long haul trips to New Zealand within the past 3 years and everything has gone so smoothly that I have now booked my and my eldest son’s trip to St Lucia for my younger son’s wedding - the flights and the hotel.
I am supremely happy and all the stress has been taken away!

It was time for another trip to Melbourne Australia. I have previously arranged my travel with the Flight Centre in Romford where arrangements had been made for me by a very efficiently Melanie Hill.
On calling in at the Flight Centre I was delighted to see that Mel was still a key operator behind the desk so I waited for her to become free and then asked her to arrange my forthcoming trip.
Being of a larger frame I tend to seek Business class for such a long flight and Mel set about options open to me, the fares presented to me had increased a little which I had expected Mel presented to me a number of options showing flights and timings, everything look fine Mel had done a great job however when I asked for seat allocation Mel explained that the options presented were on a new fare system called a saver fare and as such had removed seat allocation unless further payment was made and also that if I required entry into the airport lounge that was also a further costs. Sadly I had to turn down Mel’s options and asked her to seek further choices with seat and lounge access included in the overall flight as I had had on previous flights to Melbourne . Mel smiled and began further searches which eventually arrived at a suitable flights which I then accepted.
I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to Mel for all of her assistance in arranging my flights, she did so in a very professional and pleasant manner, she persevered until she had met my wishes even though I wasn’t the easiest of customers to deal with, nothing was too much trouble for her. Well done young lady you are a star.

We'd used Flight Centre previously for flights, this was the first time we'd used them for creating a full trip. We'd already planned and costed the trip through the Canadian Rockies and onto Alaska - but we asked if they could match the price. Our travel consultant, Jamie Bawn, came back with a lower price which included extras that we hadn't known about. His service was prompt and informative - and he always came back quickly if we had a query. Even when the holiday was over and we were home, he chased up and resolved an outstanding issue we had with one of the hotels.

Well what can I say! Alex is by far the best travel agent I have ever dealt with in all my years of travel, and I can safely say he is nothing short of excellent! He was efficient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and was also able to talk from experience, recommending some amazing places worth visiting on my trip. He definitely went above and beyond and I would like to thank him for his support and patience in making it all happen seamlessly - helping me make my trip a very special one.

Can’t thank Abigail enough, she took the multi trip details and came back with a great package. We came back with multiple questions and changes before going back to the original one she recommended all with a smile.

Julia Brent, is extremely well travelled, and can give you tips on places to see that you would not normally get from your average travel agent.

Having travelled extensively myself, I have no hesitation in recommending the Flight Centre as your first and only stop It.

I knew what itinerary I wanted but couldn't find a company to do it. Nathaniel arranged a tour and flights, covering all my requirements. It was good to arrange it all face to face. He was patient amd helpful with my questions, with a friendly disposition. Certainly pre-trip I feel confident in the arrangements.

Saleha was very friendly and helpful. My wife and i have made changes to our original itinerary and Saleha dealt with these promptly and without fuss. Our multi-stop holiday has been made so much easier by booking through flight centre.

Flight center was amazing for me. Super helpful, looked in to everything to find what would work well for me and my family. I will definitely be back again to plan our next adventure

We cannot thank Caroline Pepper at Flight Centre enough for the outstanding service she provided. After our original flights with another airline had to be refunded due to the disruption caused by events in the Middle East, we were faced with the daunting task of finding suitable replacement flights.

From start to finish, Caroline was absolutely exceptional. She patiently guided us through every available option, taking the time to explain the pros and cons without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Her professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail were outstanding, and she kept everything updated whenever changes were needed.

What really stood out was Caroline’s kindness and genuine willingness to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable and reassuring.

We are incredibly grateful for Caroline’s patience, professionalism and friendliness throughout the entire process. She is a real credit to Flight Centre, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Caroline and Flight Centre to anyone looking for expert travel advice and truly exceptional customer service.

Grand Hotel Eastbourne, UK
Staff was totally unprofessional and ignored my sign " Don't disturb " on the door. I like privacy during my stay. Staff (cleaner) removed sign (didn't put it back), get inside and cleaned room. I was afraid about my expensive belongings, I trusted hotel and didn't use security box.
- management has no idea about proper EU customer service standards, extremely rude, unprofessional, ignorant, doesn't except improvements criticism.
- hotel manager was rude, unprofessional, untriendly, ignorant.
Message to visitors from EU: please try to avoid this place. Staff will ruin your travel experience.

Saleha was so knowledgable, professional, and friendly. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, what really mattered to me. I’m now looking forward to visiting family and friends and enjoying a sunny Australian Christmas. Booking process was very easy too. A good experience.

Melanie is outstanding. Despite us moving back ti Australia, we still ask Melanie for our flights and she is quick and super helpful every time!
