3 weeks, 4 people, 7 flights, 5 different accommodations and all perfect! Booking process, service, timings, standards, costs and proactive communication from lovely, personable, invested staff. AI might be taking over the world but as long as There are Air Specialists like Andrew from Flight Centre it will be held at bay in the travel sector!

The flight centre staff are very friendly and committed to helping you plan your trip . I would highly recommend them as a company . I’ve used them on several occasions now .
Nicola Pells was great she spent alot of time sorting my itinerary and adjusting several times for me very quickly . I would recommend her anytime , and feel reassured that she is always on the end of a email or phone call to us .

Elliot was super helpful for our trip from LHR-SYD. It's a long flight and with 2 children it can be stressful. Elliot managed to secure all bulkhead seats for us without any extra charges and was on call for whatever question I had. Would definitely recommend Flight Centre to friends and family travelling with kids.

Youssef Elashry provided excellent service and patience in dealing with our many thoughts and changes to a multi centre Australian trip.
He dealt with it all calmly and efficiently even agreeing a conference call to get it right. He was very friendly and got us the dream trip with excellent accommodation and flights that suited perfect. I would recommend Youssef and the flight centre to anyone including my friends and family.

Youssef Elashry was excellent throughout our booking process. We were booking a multicentre trip to Australia and we had multiple options to consider, Youssef answered all of our questions helped us make sense of our options and streamline our trip. We went back to him numerous times to change some details, he was extremely patient and efficient in getting back to us with new quotes.

My husband went to the Romford branch of Flight Centre and made an enquiry about a trip to Australia. Unfortunately the staff have not sent any flight plans and prices and it’s been over a week. He physically went in to enquiry and they haven’t even bothered to send any flight plans email.

Kimberley understood my travel brief and came back to me very quickly with all the options.

Sam McDougall organised our holiday to Australia and she did an amazing job. Myself and one daughter wanted to fly to Sydney to visit my youngest daughter who lives there. The hotel in Sydney was situated very near my daughter’s flat and was located near the beach. We wanted to visit Uluru, Cairns and Port Douglas and myself I wanted to visit a friend in Adelaide too. All internal flights were conveniently booked and car hire too. The hotels Sam selected for us were perfect: fridges and small kitchenette in all rooms. The locations were all perfect. Thanks to Sam we had an amazing holiday.

Chloe was SO helpful on making a reasonably difficult booking to Orkney and then having to change the date having made the original!!!
