I can’t recommend the Flight Centre & Chris Watton highly enough. Throughout my experience with Flight Centre 3rd time now, Chris has been reliable, consistent, efficient and incredibly responsive. He has always dealt with my enquiries quickly and professionally, while also being fair, understanding and genuinely helpful.

It’s reassuring to have someone you can trust when arranging travel, and Chris has provided exactly that. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and I’ve always felt listened to and well looked after.

Excellent overall! We had a good idea of what we wanted to do but we had good advice on certain options. I did go back and forth alot and they were great at helping and being patient. Catrina Johnson and Emma Warner in Kingston were both very helpful and attentive and quick to respond before and on trip.

I booked a flight to New Zealand yesterday. I spoke to Gary Matchette . Within 24 hrs he had found me the best deal possible. I cannot recommend flight centre and particularly Gary highly enough. Really polite, friendly and professional. The whole booking process was explained and therefore easy.

I booked my flights to New Zealand at a time the unrest in the east was starting. I told the agent I did not want a long flight ( ie over 15 hours) for one leg so flying via Dubai was out of the equation as although the first leg is 7 hours the second is over 17 hours. I had several quotes and went with American Airlines as it seemed a reasonable price. I received an email giving me an hour to pay before the prices may increase so I was under pressure to do so. As time was running out ( even though I had asked her to call and speak to me the following day) i paid under duress. When I had time to sit and look I had been booked on a flight of over 10 hours to Dallas . A 5 hour break in Dallas and a further flight of almost 16 hours. Did they care. NO. I then found out that they had charged me almost £500 for booking the flights. Their excuse? We help if there is a flight cancellation etc. My final flight was cancelled. I had to do all the chasing to get this rebooked with another airline. Not proactive at all. I complained in April. Yesterday I got a reply. August 9th ( tough luck was their attitude). Lesson learned. They said I had been offered alternatives. Yes I had but they were all about £1500 more. I will never use them again. My flights home are routed through LA with a 3 day stop over and less than 24 hours on the plane not the long arduous outbound journey I am dreading as we are in our 70s. The inner sickness I feel is ruining my excitement at seeing my family again.
Yes I did get a reply. Basically told me tough luck they gave me a choice of flights costing 3k or 4.5k. Have not addressed the pay in an hour to get this price or the long flight after I said I wanted to avoid unnecessary long flight. So not addressed at all.

The service I have received from Chris has been excellent!! Patient and always finds the time to answer my questions!! Thank you

Kind, patient and went to above and beyond with help to get the exact package that was right for me.

Abbie from Flight Centre was wonderful and very patient, she worked hard to find lots of different flights we needed as well as a very difficult car hire due to availability , dates and prices. we left very happy pleased with her hard work

Imogen responded very quickly with options for my long-haul flights and her emails have been informative and focused. I have booked and paid for the flights but may well need assistance with accommodation and car hire. I am confident that Flight Centre will manage such requests.

Rachel has again fulfilled all my expectations - I have been dealing with her since 2017 on a regular basis - both for international travel as well as short haul flights throughout Europe. Rachel’s knowledge is thorough and comes from her being well travelled as well as knowing her subject. She has been there for me at times when flights have been delayed, conflict has arisen in the world and caused havoc - but she has remained calm and has found a way to get me home. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
