I'd give 6 stars if I could! Excellent customer service from Megan in Bristol. From the very prompt reply to my initial email request to end of booking process not able to find a single thing to criticise.Megan dealt with and/or resolved all my questions and issues. If you're wanting business class flights I highly recommend Flightcentre especially Megan in Bristol ,so helpful.

We have booked with Flight Centre a number of times now and we have always had top class service. This time was no exception. Scarlett in Horsham branch, is very knowledgeable, efficient,and helpful. She is also very patient, and took time to explore lots of different flight options for us. We would highly recommend Scarlett to family and friends.

Happy to recommend Becky Greaves (who was recommended to me by my sister.) I required help booking flights to Borneo and Singapore and Becky responded within the hour and was very helpful and friendly explaining options and sorting everything out.

Just booked our bucket list trip with Saleha who made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable, despite many questions and changes. Would thoroughly recommend, as I would the Flight Centre who I've travelled with many times since 2019 and they've always sorted great trips/experiences.

Our 2 week trip to Vietnam was made extra special through the use of flight centre. Oliver Hull was informative and helped us put together an excellent itinerary. His support was greatly useful and his knowledge provided us with lots of amazing travel tips. He ensured that we got the most out of our trip by recommending places to go, what to see and adding some lovely restaurant tips. He booked fantastic hotels and made our travel through the country effortless. We will definitely recommend him and use his expertise again. Thank you Oliver.

We've had an excellent experience with booking at Flight Centre.
Our rep Leo Mbiyu on boarded and walked us through the holiday package through to the very end of our trip if we had any queries.

Leo was there at beck and call if we had any queries to answer to which I was grateful, being thorough when booking for a family of 4.

Leo and the team were prompt and quick to respond for queries I had during my trip on transfers they were great in finding solutions and options for reassurance.

We will definitely book again in any future trips across Europe and rest of the world in the next opportunity we get.

In January 2026 we went to Thailand and Cambodia efficiently planned by Flight Centre, Clapham Junction branch. Everything went smoothly - itinerary, transport, excursions were brilliant thanks to Maggy and Leo.
Now we (4 mature travelers) are organizing another trip and Leo, (based now in Ealing) has just completed a fantastic itinerary to Vietnam for March 2027. Leo is an experienced, well traveled, knowledgeable person with a happy disposition. We have international and internal flights, all hotels, transport, some excursion booked, so no need to worry. Our communication with Leo is excellent, he always listens to our needs giving us clear instructions to make good choices.
We are looking forward to our new adventure, Leo makes everything so easy and straightforward. Thank you Leo!

I was delighted to find not only an excellent price for my four flights, but also Eva, the assistant in the Islington branch, who patiently helped me to work out all my flight routes and dates. Thank you Eva.

I have used flight centre to book flights to Australia and Sri Lanka ( and find accommodation for the latter).
The whole process has gone smoothly and when I have had to make certain adjustments that too has gone well.
I feel that they have provided me with an excellent service and I will continue to use them.
