I purchased from Gem Jewelers the Chloe Tennis Necklace in 7 carats and the Emerald and Diamond ring introduced as a Holiday Special. I love, love and love both of these pieces. I was not an easy customer since I am extremely indecisive, I tend to get VERY confused when there are so many choices regarding design, size, color of gold, etc. So I couldn’t decide, the only thing I knew was that I wanted a tennis necklace that I could wear daily. However patience is a virtue, and thanks to Joe advice and knowledge about diamonds and style, I ended up purchasing the most beautiful tennis necklace, the Chloe. I highly recommend this business, I changed my mind a few times about “which necklace to purchase” and eventually I ended up with a smaller necklace that I had originally purchased, since I wanted an every day piece, I received my refund without any problems. Will definitely buy from Gems Jewelers again. Thank you Joe!!

My Fiancé had a custom ring made and it turned out beyond perfect. We had a picture of what we liked and they were able to make it just like the picture. They also made my wedding band, I didn’t love it at first and they were beyond helpful with taking it back and making it more delicate and simple (they didn’t even hesitate about remaking it). Also, communication with them is the best part, so responsive and easy going. These are not your typical Jewlers out there just to make $$, they make it a great experience.

Wow just WOW these guys really went above and beyond for me to get my girlfriend the perfect Diamond Tennis Bracelet.
