patience - brace for frustration
horrendous. once you navigate the minefield that is the 'app', your faced with a UI that is not phone friendly. Once you claim, you are then at the mercy of an '8 ball', to find out if your claim is approved or rejected..., when the same claim only last month sailed through. Fingers Crossed for you, if you choose HealthShield.
