I submitted claim for broken tooth …
I submitted claim for broken tooth they rejected me paying . Dentist do not write to confirmed any incident so its not practical to get all the information they required. I submitted explaining what has happed and NHS record that I fell and broke three front teeth . So i fixed it 2 years ago . However while sleeping one crown cam off from that teeth cost me £300/- to fixed . I tried to claimed they requested confirmation that is the same tooth. People don't break their tooth on purpose . I don't think its practical to request all the information as its not a police investigation. We can provide limited information and if you have a concern call dentist and get it because they don't give us .
