Ordered a part for a boiler part came quickly but I realised it wasn’t the correct part. It was my error I got the two similar part numbers mixed up.
Contacted company who were readily available. Who advised me to return the part for a full refund.
No messing about and no hassle.

These guys provided a brilliant service. Hands up, I'm not a Heating Engineer. Every two years without fail, my Performa 28 leaks from the DHW Pressure Differential valve. In the past, I'd call out the engineer, and he would replace $. This time, I sought the help of 'Heating & Catering Parts' to buy the part. I used WhatsApp from their website. Great idea. It was so easy - take a quick photo of my boiler model & DHW to make sure I was asking for the right part. Hey presto, quick WhatsApp replied in seconds, the part arrived the next day, and I fitted it in the afternoon. I also purchased the service kit £10 - so I'm really next time.

Well. Issues with our boiler and everything pointed to the PCB. This company sent us a perfectly serviceable working PCB along with another associated ‘board’ for a fraction of the cost of new parts. Quite literally a cost of 25% (not 25% off!) and we are all set. communications with the company were perfect, email updates were sent as soon as the parts were sent and it all arrived in time. The parts were well packaged in a clearly labelled boat and well protected. Just outstanding. A fantastic company to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending them to any and all. It probably makes no difference, but we are in the South East and the parts still arrived in a timely manner. I’m a very happy punter.

Ordered a (New)pressure relief valve for a Baxi boiler, it turned up in good time but after examination the unit it looked as if it was a reconditioned unit (marks on the outer case , old water marks on the connectors and black stains on the inside of the unit )and a code on it 09/05 which I’m lead to believe that this is the manufacturing date I contacted the company to complain and was offered a £5 partial refund and assured it was a new not a reconditioned unit 😂, unfortunately had to except the offer as was fitting it to a leaking boiler the next morning and had no time to source a replacement. So be very careful when using this company

Fast delivery and good quality parts.

I would highly recommend these guys. My boiler is getting on a bit so the pcb is now obsolete, but these guys had used boards so managed to get my boiler up and running again the next day, even though I’m 300 miles away. Brilliant service and I can’t thank them enough. Cheers.

This site was recommended by a plumber/engineer and has delivered. Instant response to my queries & part arrived next morning. Given I'd only ordered previous afternoon & didn't pay express delivery I am very impressed

Called them late in the previous day I needed a new board for my boiler they said they had one next thing message saying that it will be delivered today by post knock on the door at 10 am new board what a service up and running a bit later couldn't be happier excellent service and delivery
