I ordered a part from this company, and asked for next day delivery, and true to their word, it arrived the following day,
Unfortunately the part was the wrong one, I contacted them to advise and they promptly replied and checked their store for the correct part, unfortunately it’s wasn’t available and sent me a post office return label to send the item back,
It’s was a smooth experience, no hassle, just a reliable company doing professional job.
On recipe of the returned item I was promptly reimbursed with my refund.

Ordered, paid for and received fan assembly for boiler in less than 24 hours, incredible service, thank you.
It was also £127 cheaper than Wolsey plumbing suppliers, can't be beaten from my experience.

Part arrived quickly, fitted had one fault code, spoke with the team at Newcastle Heating Parts they talked me through how to clear code. Boiler is working a treat, would thoroughly recommend

Really good product which does the job perfectly. Once I installed the PCB I rang their technical line which was attached to the PCB. They guided me though every step for a very simple and staight forward install which was stress free.

Very reasonable price at £48.99 including postage, considering my option given to me by the plumber was a new boiler!

The Grundfos pump we received was not the new one we were expecting. It was obviously old, the surface scraped, scuffed and dirty with rusted pipework and with a rusty dirty liquid seeping into the packaging. On checking the website, we see, in small print (!) that the item is described as 'old new' stock. Old, yes, but nothing at all 'new' about it. Quite obviously 'used'. Not having noticed that information in small print, we were expecting a new part. In addition, we are informed that we have to pay any return postage - which for an item this heavy would be prohibitive, as well as a 20% 'restocking' fee. 'Buyer beware' indeed!

Excellent Service, quick delivery and managed to call them to help remove fault codes on Boiler and set up pcb..

Heating and Hot water working.....

Used a good few times now. Always prompt and good prices. I had an issue with a pump they sent yesterday and they sent out another straight away so I could get the customer back up and running as soon as possible. Would defo recommend.

My boiler broke down & I sent H&C Parts the boiler details & suspect faulty part. He identified the part number required and was spot on. 12 hours later the part arrived (excellent time frame). I installed it & it operated correctly. Thank you H&C Parts.
