Excellent company to deal with. Great at communicating and advising. Primarily worked with Rhodri, Mitchell and Gina. Everyone was brilliant especially Gina who was so integral in getting the sale over the line. Although there is an outlay with selling a house, you very much get what you pay for. No hesitation in recommending. :-)

We feel really pleased with the photos taken of our house by the letting company. The photographer was courteous and friendly and photographed the whole house efficiently. We received a series of photographs within a few hours and feel very happy with the results.

We originally had the retirement flat on the market for sale with a well known retirement property based estate agents. It soon became apparent that the service they were providing was ineffective in securing a viewing let alone a sale. We were even asked to take our own photos, a request which we definitely declined.We decided to employ Hern&Crabtree Llandaff as they had already sold other flats within the complex. The manager Owen, was very professional and quickly secured a buyer after the second viewing. The communication we recieved from Owen and the team was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell a property in the Fairwater/Llandaff area.
