In helping us rent our house out, Hern and Crabtree Lettings in Pontcanna, have been absolutely outstanding. Very helpful and quick to organise what's needed, you couldn't ask for any more from a property management company. Excellent and thoroughly recommended.

Using Hern and Crabtree for both Sales and Lettings has made the moving journey a smooth and easy one. The Lettings team at Pontcanna have been brilliant in taking us through the process of managing our rental property and the communication from the team ever since the tenants have moved in has been excellent. Lance and the team jumped into action to help me get my property rented they were superb.I had urgency in my needs for a tenant and they matched that with the same urgency. I had a tenant sorted in less than 10 working days. I've now been using them for 6 years - I'll never move. The only team I'd use in Cardiff.

In recent years, Lance Robertson has been my main contact. I have the highest regard for Lance and his Team. I had considered going down the DIY way to sell a house, I wish i had done. H and C did hardly any work as properties in certain areas of cardiff sell as soon as they are marketed. Communication was not brilliant and when i asked questions such as why are things taking so long , the answer was "thats how long they take".
I would not use them again as I felt they were a bit lazy .They asked for feedback, not by saying how did you find your experience but," Could you take 60 seconds and share your happy experiences " Mine were not so happy but you did ask.

We experienced fantastic customer service as prospective tenants from both Lance and Adele over the last couple of months. Both went out of their way to help us after our first choice property fell through at short notice before moving in. Very polite, efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend them to other tenants.

We were selling our property in Pencoed with a local Bridgend agent and been on the market for some time and we had a buyer very quickly but with Covid the progression of the sale was taking forever, as Covid ended we decided to Instruct Hern and Crabtree as opposed to a local agent.
Gavin Sheppard came to value and was a breath of fresh air, full of confidence and we explained our position and concerns as we needed to sell before Brexit as we were moving to Spain.
Within a few days he introduced a buyer and instigated a race to contract, he spoke to us daily throughout this process and within 10 days of viewing the buyers he introduced had exchanged contracts!!!!!
We were blown away with his service and would highly recommend anyone to use Gavin regardless of where your living as rightmove remove the need for your agent to be local. I would like say a massive thank you to Lance and the letting team for all they have done. It has been the best experience from an estate agents I've ever had. Moving as a tenant can be stressful but they were polite, understanding of my needs and made my whole process with them painless. They were quick to respond even though the covid pandemic. If more estate agents and landlords were like Hern and Crabtree the world would be a better place.
