Guys turned up on time and after introducing themselves just got on with the job. They were finished within 3 hours with no mess and hardly any disruption to my day. A great local company.

Had loft insurance installed recently and was really pleased with the work. The professionalism and courtesy shown by the installers was refreshing. They were polite, tidy and quick. Highly recommended

I recently had external wall insulation installed by InstaGroup and I must say that their installers were very professional and polite.
They completed the install quickly and to an excellent standard - my house not only looks good but feels so much warmer!
I would highly recommend this company.

Would highly recommend InstaGroup in the future. The surveyor who visited was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and the installers who came were very quick, tidy and friendly.

BEWARE of Instagroup, they take deposits and then don't complete the work, they lied about getting the work done and kept delaying. My property is littered with holes and damage due to their multiple surveys.
Lost out on £10000 green grant. They have not been responsive and rude when questioned about the installation dates.

They failed me miserably with the green homes grant. Waited over 5 months having gotten the voucher ,only to be dropped 3 days before deadline of my voucher expiry on the Friday of a bank holiday. No time to get another installer. Excuse was government cut off but there was 2 months to go on that. I questioned if all grant customers as had been dropped, they said anyone who hadn't paid a deposit. So all Green homes grant customers. Written to MP also a waist of time. 1 year and a month wasted and still cold. Don't trust them at all. Poor communication and customer support.

This company agreed to carry out external insulation to my freezing house, under the green homes grant scheme, not only are they not going to do the work but did not inform me before the cut off date to find another installer that would do the work,really bad company leaving pensioners in a freezing home now with the added insult of energy prices going through the roof and walls literally

Had a surveyor call 3 weeks ago, he was very knowledgable and answered all my questions he even kindly filled in some holes which were left by a company surveying last year who I never heard back from and left the holes unfilled.
Had the work carried out yesterday, very pleased with everything from start to finish, the team cleared up after and were very polite.
Would recommend.

Had loft insulation top-up (to 27cm) fitted under GHG scheme, and privately paid for them to lift and re-lay the boarding of a large area of our loft (46m squared) which was written in our original contract.

Tradespeople that did the job tried to scam us by not removing original boards, squashing 15cm thick insulation down to 4cm thick between new boards which they just laid on top and screwed down. Left talking about how they had done this in such a quick time (only 3 hours) when this clearly should have been a one day job. I noticed what had happened after they left.

Contacted Insta to query this and complain. Multiple people at Insta tried to fob me off that this was standard practice for loft boarding and acceptable. Contacted producer of insulation wool who confirmed this was against building regs and that compression significantly reduced the thermal insulation property of the wool. Insta offered to send same people back to do repair. Contacted citizens advice bureau- advised me to write Insta a long legal style letter of my requirements (building regs and spec etc) for the repair, but that I had to let them back to repair it.

Agreed to let original tradespeople back to fix this on my terms written in the letter, and to be fair to them, the 2 guys who returned did do a good job to fix this to a good and proper standard (using loft legs), and worked really hard over a full day.

I have given an extra star for their efforts to fix this on their return which was prompt (1 week after original job). Be careful to research the work in advance so you know what you should be getting (ideally before survey so you can confirm it in writing then) and hold them to it!

I had cavity wall insulation installed today. I left a friend to deal with installation as I was at work, I was dismayed therefore to return home to find a very large ventilation hole in my living room wall as I have an open fireplace. At no point prior to installation was this mentioned and if I had known I would not have agreed to the installation. From hoping to return to to a warmer and more efficient house I instead returned to a living room with cold air flowing from the vent causing a significant draught. I am furious this was not discussed before ordering and I will be investigating both with the company and local authority what I can now do to rectify this. Be warned. The so called surveyor/salesperson will not do everything required and I now have a colder not warmer house not to mention the eyesore of a plastic vent on my living room wall open to slugs and mice!!! If I had wanted to sit in a cool breeze everyday I’d have opened a window which I could close not got instagroup to put a permanently open hole in my wall!!

Yesterday, I booked to have a surveyor call to look at my property.
Today, I had someone call, and was clearly reading from a script, and wouldn't answer questions I had, but interrupted me multiple times, and at one point, the line went dead, and he called back. He told me in "3 minutes" his manager would call to arrange the surveyor yet this had been booked the day before.
I hung around, unable to do what I needed to, waiting for the manager, but no call has come!
The experience has gone from fair to good, to bad in 24 hours.

Had a representative knock the door today - I have a very visible sign indicating that I do not accept cold callers etc. In spite of this and the present Covid-19 circumstances, he felt it okay to continue his business as he felt fit with total disregard to my instructions not to knock my door.
Thankfully for him, my son answered the door! I have however contacted the company to express my frustration and anger.
Out of principle, I would never entertain a company whose employees didn’t have the decency to follow a simple instruction not to knock the door.
I’ve only given a one star to be able to leave a review!

Absolute disgrace of a company.
They lie and collude with CIGA to hide information from you and they are happy to secretly discuss you with out your knowledge and block your number so you can't talk to them.
And before they give out my full name again saying I have never had any work done by them.
1- they were system designers of my failed CWI
2-It was installed by their approved installer
3- the property was not suitable for CWI
4- I've asked THIER solicitor for their liability insurance details

I have now been monitoring my gas bills since having installed external cladding on my Park Home by third party contractor BCA installations under HEEPS ABS scheme. The promised 30% to 50% reduction in bills simply hasn't happened. As an example my latest bill for November compared to when I didn't have it was double £54 as against £27 before.

I have contacted Instagroup and frankly they don't believe me even though I sent a 3 year 'bills' spreadsheet.

Other local residents have reported similar bill increases not the decreases we were all expecting.

Not a product I would recommend.

Very efficient survey and communication which was clear.
The workman who came to install the cavity wall insulation was friendly, polite and cleared up after him.

InstaGroup's exterior wall insulation works on my house was very quickly and professionally done. I noticed the care and attention to detail on their workmanship which I was very pleased with. As a result, I now have a stunning looking house which is very warm and cozy. This will save me huge costs in gas and energy.

Instaservice insulated my outside wall, the men worked quickly and as cleanly as possible, no fuss despite not-so-easy access to the property. They were very courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend your company.
