InstaGroup Reviews

An all round fantastic experience throughout! Professional, hugely knowledgable and very understanding of some exceptional circumstances surrounding the work required! Would highly recommend you to anyone !

there is very little side access at both sides of my conservatory yet the gentleman did not complain about the difficulty involved .He cleaned up after, and used dust sheets where appropriate.

Excellent service and quality from start to finish.

Both Stuart and Luke were exceptionally quick and hardworking and really went the extra mile for us.
Very efficient, knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful too- a real credit to your company.

Simon in Operations was also very helpful and quick with it too.

Thank you so very much for all of your hard work and efforts.

The installers we had out were patient, understanding and very professional. Cannot complain, would absolutely recommend!

Helpful and efficient. Easy to work with. Definitely recommend them.

Instagroup installed cavity wall and loft insulation at our bungalow in Rustington last week. All the work was carried out professionally by their two different installation teams to a very high standard. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to other people. A job well done.

good quick response to our inquiry, more than helpful advice. good clean, tidy, workman.

Cavity insulation

men arrived on time and carried out their work quickly, efficiently and left the work area tidy.

We were very grateful for the high level of service provided in getting out application for cavity wall insulation. From the office to the installation crew there was a consiciousness throughout and desire to do the job to a very high standard. The installation was done quickly and cleanly. Thank you.

Great work looks good work crew worked hard and all nice
i would recommend this company to all

The engineer and the technical team were very good, the execution of insulation went very well! However, the financial aspects were very poor, the lady whom I discussed the quote and payment with was going to make me pay about 600 £ more!! I insisted I received an updated quote which was corrected, but it took a lot of convincing before they did the right thing! If you work with them expect to have to call them many many times before the job is booked and executed.

The older guy who did our cavity wall was excellent, could not be faulted.
