Instagroup - good experience and great service
Instagroup did a great job in putting insulation in my loft.
They were very professional from start to finish, from the initial inspection and quote to the final completion.

Dear Mrs McSweeney,
Thank you very much for your kind words regarding your experience with InstaGroup.

My only criticism is that despite the crew brushing and washing down the patio and area surrounding the house, there was a fair amount of residual brick dust from the cavity wall insulation on surfaces. This could have been cleaned off more thoroughly in my opinion. I was asked if I had a hose - which I don't - so they used a watering can. If the crew have their own generator, could they not have some automatic water pump to assist with cleaning up?

Antwoord van InstaGroup
Dear Mrs Miller,
Firstly, please let us apologise for leaving your property to an unsatisfactory standard.
Currently our crews aren't issued with pressure cleaners due to the proximity of the electrical components on our cavity wall machinery, this is why our installers rely on customers having a hose or in some cases a watering can to clean up after the insulation has been installed.
However, we will take your comments on board and look into a more effective solution for the clean up process.
Kind regards,
InstaGroup

Not only did Insta Group provide quality service from survey to install (of glazing and external wall insulation in our case), they also identified several areas where another company had missed out parts of the cavity walls when these were insulated - and re-filled those wall sections for us at no extra cost. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a neat, efficient, value for money insulation job.
