Customer services was an actual real person.
Easy to order. Good communications throughout. Slight hiccup with the delivery but rectified at the first opportunity. Customer services was an actual human being, not a bot or reference to a set of FAQ’s, so refreshing.

They look exactly like my old ones
Due to Christmas and the cold I have not yet fitted but hopefully they are exactly the same fixing holes as the old ones which have split. It took a while to be delivered but then it has been over the holiday.

Unfortunate delay of a day
Unfortunately the consignment did not arrive on the arranged day. However it was delivered the next day. Just what happened is probably debatable but accurate information would have reduced the frustration.

Good morning Kelly,
I am sorry to hear of the additional delivery charge on your order. Unfortunately, this was due to our usual supplier being unable to deliver - and the additional cost was something we desperately tried to avoid.
We're sorry for the inconvenience. I can see that your refund has been completed, and should you require any further assistance please let us know.
Kind regards, and Happy New Year.
Phil.
