The locksmith came quickly and was very efficient. There was a problem with the woman dispatcher though. We couldn’t make her understand that everything was locked in the vehicle. Fortunately, my husband had his credit card in his hand, because he was using it to purchase gas. She asked many questions we couldn’t answer with everything locked inside. We were so fortunate that a man who had pulled into the station for gas used his phone to call a locksmith. He was like an angel sent to help us.

He was so fast and seemed eager to get me back on the road. Was very kind and did an excellent job.

Communication on arrival time was accurate and frequent which I loved. He got there and it took longer to do the paperwork he needed to do than to open the car! Great service. Also expensive but way more reasonably priced than I expected! THANKS

Prompt service and communication

OK, I was on the verge of snapping because I had called 17 places just to get two key fobs duplicated to my car. I already had one fully function working key but that’s all they gave me at the dealership. The 17 places I called all wanted between 45 and $75 to come to my home to do the work. When I’m perfectly capable of going somewhere to where they didn’t have to waste their time coming to me. I found this company and he said that the person that would do the work would have to call and give me the quote. I said well how much are they gonna charge to come to my house? I said because technically, if y’all have an office space or a shop or something I can go there. . I got two fobs fully programed to my 2013 Dodge grand van for $87. The dealer wanted $250 each. I highly recommend this company and I will for sure use them in the future if needed. I’m actually gonna refer them to my roommate who just bought a car and they only gave him one key. He told me it would be an hour. He was at my house in 55 minutes. He kept me up-to-date during the whole process even called and said hey I finished this job. I’m heading to you now. I should be there in amount of time. And he had it done within 15 minutes maybe if that and there was a little miscommunication because he thought I already had two keys, but I only had one and then once he explained that to him he pretty much had to delete all the keys out and start from scratch so they would all work and after that it was smooth sailing, I wanted to give him a tip but he refused. I used a car and said is our place I can leave a tip and he says no we don’t ask for that I said what can I give you a cash tip? He says no that’s not necessary either. He said I’m just glad I was able to help you. I felt bad for having to ask him to repeat himself so many times, but he was talking pretty fast and he had an accent and I was trying to keep up, but he was very friendly very professional shook my hand thanked me for my business. Unfortunately, 17 places I don’t remember the number to this specific place that I reached out to you that was so good and then I’m so pleased with the only number I have is the guy that came into the work and an 800 number that called me at 11 o’clock at night asking if they got me taken care of. Something I may think 11 o’clock is way late to be calling to follow up but let me also add that I was getting work done at 9:30 to 10 o’clock at night so it was actually a reasonable timeframe. When came to any type of car maintenance I have never had anyone that professional and compassionate. That would keep you up-to-date. Let you know everything you need to know. So if you do decide to use these company, which I highly suggest if they tell you, they’re gonna be there in an hour trust me they’ll be there in an hour if not sooner because he called me when he left the job he was on. Let me know he was on his way he said 20 minutes called me back five minutes later he said actually I may be there before 20 minutes. Are you already at home. That is how you conduct business. And $87 for two keys is very reasonable compared to what other places charge you especially dealerships. I honestly wish I could get this place 10 stars and post this experience everywhere I can to let people know because inflation is high enough as it is without having to pay outrageous prices for things you need to have and this company obviously understands that from their prices. Now all I have to do is go by the hardware store and get the Emergency key inside the fob cut. Which I was under the impression that they would do that as well but I never did clarify or verify so that’s on me not on them. He even told me in advance. I have no way to cut your Emergency key, but I can still program it and it worked correctly so if you still want me to do the Service, I’ll be more than happy to. I said have at it!

Where were just getting back to our vehicle from our holiday road trip, we had locked ourselves out and the keys in. Theses guys didn't keep us waiting for to long, someone showed up and unlocked the door so we could get home.

They are very good at what they do.

The guy opened the door the Mercedes system went in to lockdown mode and the guy told my 16 year old son. “Good Luck “ and drove off. I was 2 hours away and had to get a true professional to reprogram his car for $230. I wouldn’t recommend y’all to anyone ever.

Extremely overpriced for just a lock out, didn’t return calls or provide the driver with the right contact info, but the service arrived in a timely manner at an somewhat unusual location

I gave the locksmith 170 he took a 20 out of it and said i gave him 150 i gave him 190 at the end of it all and he then told me he was gonna tell his company i paid 130

The locksmith arrived quickly and was super kind and helpful.
