Ordered 2 boxes of 6 bottles for a…
Ordered 2 boxes of 6 bottles for a visit to family and be delivered to them, paying for next day delivery. Had a missed call to say one of the boxes had missed the delivery slot, but it would be delivered the next day, unless I called to say otherwise.
The next day, the box was delivered over 200 miles from the delivery address (where we now were), left 'in a safe place' on a doorstep, in clear view of the street. After arranging for a neighbour to take the box in, Laithwaites arranged to deliver another box to the correct address and we could keep the box at home, with a £20 reduction.
Basically, we ended up buying more product, because of their mistake. And we got back to a £25 off voucher in the box we didn't really want, more discount than we were given for Laithwaites mistake.
Good customer service? Not for me and I won't be in any rush to order again.

Great wine, reliable prompt delivery, helpful company.
The wine is always top quality and delivery reliable but in this occasion inadvertently clicked the wrong delivery box as I wanted express delivery. Laithwaiyes went above and beyond with their customer service ensuring our wine arrived in time. I have been using them for about a decade now and it’s always been an excellent service.

Welcome package
As always quality bottles of wine. So well packaged and delivered on time with no worry on my part because of being able to track it from start to finish. I have not tried any of the wines as I’m still making my way through my previous order. Best bit of online shopping I do.
