The wine is reliably good and reliably delivered. Even when, during the biggest dowpour of the year, the box got wet and disintegrated and three bottles were smashed, the kind people at Laithwaites agreed with me that the driver should not get into trouble and the three bottles were replaced.

The "inpost" Delivery Service provided by the same Delivery Driver as last time was also excellent - 7.30pm on a Sunday was not expected!

Been a customer for many years and have consistently had great wine.
Easy to change a subscription order and to order extra.
Once, a regular/ subscription box was delivered which I didn't want and there was no problem arranging for it to be returned.
Laithwaites are a 1st class company in my opinion.

I had ordered a variety of wines and unusually two of them were not to our taste.
On contacting Laithwaites matter was dealt with very promptly and to our complete satisfaction.
We can ask for no more, and we will happily continue to order from them

Great Wines
Easy to order. Delivery was slightly delayed but was kept advised. Red wines ordered were Cabalie and Black Stump which are excellent and the offer was good value for money with free delivery.
