Website very unclear about subscription…
Website very unclear about subscription options as far as I can see ( just a small bullet point list on the difference between silver and gold). The thing I most want to know is how long you have to commit to the subscription? I have read through all the t's & C's and see that you have to commit to a certain duration before cancelling or auto renewing - but how long is that time? I have looked everywhere on the website but can not find it. Is it possible to find out how long it is please?

Hi Neasa, we have monthly, quarterly and yearly options for our subscriptions. You can cancel your subscription at any time, so if you pay for a monthly subscription and cancel before the next monthly renewal date you will not be charged again. Impossible to cancel the suscription and still charging every month 30euros. It doesn't explain at all how to do it. Said "go above to cancel and then delete" No button found. I will need to contact the bank and ask to block it!

Hi Adelina, our support team informed you that you had no subscription with the 2 accounts in your name. After searching our payment database we found another account connected to you that you were unaware of. Our team cancelled this subscription immediately and confirmed the cancellation to you.

it's a scam. I also was not able to find an option on the site for deleting my account.i would not risk even paying one months subscription, and one months subscription was about €30 which you have to pay if you want to contact any if the listed service providers

They are still trying to withdraw money from my card even though I canceled my subscription. When I checked their site, I couldn't find a phone number or e-mail address to contact about this issue.

Clearly I should have read the reviews…...
I should have read the reviews before I signed up. I created an advert fairly simply and then when I tried to view the applicants it asked me to subscribe. It should state clearly when you advertise that you will need to pay a subscription fee to view any applications - Cheapest is something like €28.00 (I'm sure there was fine print but I didn't see it).
It's the lack of complete transparency from the beginning that is resulting in this poor review as it wasted my time. The days of paying a fee to view job applications is gone when you have the likes of Indeed, Linkedin, Facebook and other social media outlets where you can advertise and pay as little as €5.00 (or even free)
Its simple to carry out any due diligence/ vetting yourself so to me this is not a USP

This is a scam through and through. Unsubscribe doesn't work. Website very archaic to use, no logic to it. Money grabbing at its best.

Babysitter and Elderly Care…
I had never had to look for a sitter before and It just could not have been easier for me with minded.ie, I created my advert and within 10 days had responses and my first correspondence was my choice and it has worked out perfectly. She is a great fit for our family, my son adores her and she lives a 5 minute walk away. I would highly recommend this service.

Over priced and useless
Over priced and useless. The site is awkward to use and I have cancelled so many times, only to see iv been billed again the following month. Its a rip off and a money grabber site.
I had tried to delete my business account many times. And after doing so got no confirmation email of cancellation and still have not.
After posting this review I was emailed by mind me, told that the details I provided were untrue and asked to remove this review.
The details are true. I won't remove it, maybe you should improve your website and improve your customer service when the vast majority of reviews are negative and 1 star.
I did get a confirmation note, no confirmation email. I have gotten this note before and still been billed the following month which I explained.
After leaving this review I was emailed by mind me and told that my review was untrue and the details were incorrect.
I request that mind me stop arguing with customers via reply on a public platform and accept that the service they supply is difficult to use and it is made difficult to cancel. If they feel it isn't, then that is their opinion which they are entitled to as much as am I to mine.
Going back to my original point. Mind me are money grabbers, and we can add unprofessional to that now aswell.

You were simply trying to cancel incorrectly as a Personal Account, rather than as a Business Account, which you had, and support helped you to resolve this and cancel correctly. When you cancelled today, you emailed a screen shot of the cancellation confirmation you received to our support team by email.
This website is a rip off and useless
This website is a rip off. Ridiculously overpriced subscription before you can even use it. They want more per month th to use the site than I would spend on a cleaner in a month. The search engine also seemed incapable of using the area I chose.
Should be upfront about the fact that’s it’s an expensive subscription to even use it.

Your subscription allows you access to our extensive database of caregivers. You can create an advert for free to evaluate if your advert attracts candidates and only subscribe when you wish to make contact.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you just want to have a subscription for a month - simply cancel your subscription before that month ends and you will only be charged for that month. You can search by carer type, location, by distance and other variables. You do not need to subscribe to view the detailed profiles of our carers, but you do need to subscribe to contact carers you are interested in and to view mail messages. I'm getting really fed up with websites like this, where you have to give all your personal details, then you can search for the service you require. And then they tell you, you can't do any without paying... You can't contact someone. You can't open your messages. If you are a paid service, say that first. Don't be sneaky.

We do not charge you to access our extensive database of carers, nor do we charge to view carers profiles. You can browse carers in your area and when you wish to contact carers, send or receive mail messages using our secure messaging service, you do need to subscribe.
