Worst company to deal with
Very bad experience with these lot
Avoid if you don’t want the hassle and headache

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I registered with this company for a contract as they were one of the agency's preferred umbrella companies;

Nothing untoward until it was time for payment. Firstly they stated that I had missed the cut off date for payment that week and that my payment would now go on the next weeks pay run.

OK cool, not ideal but hey.

The following Friday I check my account after 1pm as directed by their office voicemail, no payment. I ring their office after 3pm to enquire about the payment. I am told that they will investigate and get back to me.

No one does,

Monday morning I ring and ask where the payment is, again told they will investigate. I inform them that I will ring back in an hour.

Meanwhile I call the agency and they inform me that they only received a signed contract from Nasa Group that morning,

Call nasa again, same result: they'll investigate.

After some further phone calls to them, they inform me that the directors have agreed to pay me by close of business.

Guess what? It's 18.00 and I ain't been paid.

Absolute rubbish company.

edit: Rang them again this morning and was met with we need to look into this (same person I spoke to yesterday). What is there to look into, I was lied to about getting paid yesterday.

Another update: They have still not paid me, despite them saying that they would.

It's funny that they only reply to favourable reviews and do not address adverse ones. Strange that.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, EVER

Probably the worst i have ever come across. From the passive operatives to the VERY rude Manager Jamie who actually told me i was moaning over the phone because i questioned their methods. He then tried to be smart (failed miserably) when he said i could send my complaint emails to himself even though the email was about how he dealt with my complaint!!!! All i wanted to know was when i would be paid and they ended up playing around and passing me from pillar to post. To date not even a simple apology about how badly they treated my enquire and complaint. I was actually told by the finance director to go elsewhere if i was unhappy!!!! Minus 1 star!!!!!

Working with NASA was my first experience of working under an Umbrella Company for IR35 purposes. I spoke to three companies before I made my choice and NASA was the most helpful and responsive. This remained the case throughout my time with them.

Good experience, they answer the phone quickly when you call.

My experience with NASA is extremely positive. They were my umbrella company for over 2 years and I never had any issues. Payments were always made on time and any queries answered efficiently and correctly. Would highly recommend.

No issues I could raise. They have been accurate and took time to explain the payslips etc. prompt responses to my queries. I am leaving purely because I have secured a permanent role, but will use them again in the future.

The first decent umbrella company I have used. Only ever use FCSA registered umbrella companies, or HMRC will assume you are underpaying tax - its really not worth it.
NASA is professional and reasonable.

I can highly recommend this company to anyone in need of umbrella services. It is rare these days to get a fast personal service but you will get this from Nasa. They respond within minutes / a couple of hours at most to queries and go out of their way to service the needs of their clients. I will certainly be returning when I need these services again.

Would definitely recommend Nasa to anyone that has to use and Umbrella Company.
Always responded quickly to any issues I had.
Pay was always correct and on time.
Everything was so seemless and couldn't thank them enough.

Superb from start to finish. Very easy to work with, any queries were answered the same day during the assignment. Low fees as well and great systems in place.

I used Nasa for just under a year and was very impressed with the service from beginning to end. Their staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient which made the signing on procees quick and painless. Payments were always made on time and I never had a need to query the figures. Their rates are very competitive and they offer flexibility with payments with options like holiday pay. I would thoroughly recommend Nasa if you are considering using an umbrella company.
