Excellent, responsive and personal in their approach.

I used Nasagroup as an umbrella company for a recent work placement. I had to do very little other than upload my timesheets at the end of the month. Their portal is well designed and easy to use and their staff are extremely helpful and respond to questions very quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anybody needing an umbrella company.

I am a senior consultant (30+ years experience) using my own company since 2003 however I joined the Nasagroup on 3rd Jan 2021 for a Government contract. I checked a few companies out first and Nasagroup had I felt the best terms of employment (more client friendly) than the others and were very proactive in on-boarding me to their company. I ended up workign for a year on the sae contract and the extensions were handled very smoothly. The support throughout the year was first class from everyone (the account manager and the payroll team). I felt very well looked after at all times, got paid all my salary and holiday pay on time woth proper payslips and notifications, and as a result I would highly recommend them.

I have used NASA for the past 14 months as my contracting Umbrella company and have nothing but praise for them. They explain the process really well and are very quick in returning calls/queries to keep you updated with the information you require. At one stage I was unsure of the pay statement, one of the senior people called me to explain it to me which was extremely helpful. Payments are always bang on time and accurate. I strongly recommend this company to all fellow contractors

Have used Nasa as an Umbrella Company for 11 years working for the Public Sector and their service is superb. Always pay on time, always handle my queries quickly and they have great online resources for Expenses, Timesheets and Payslips :-)

I joined NASA for an under IR35 role and found them absolutely helpful and supportive. The level of communication is excellent and effective and the staff is proactive to help your needs and support (I would like to specially mention- Aidan Folland for his great services throughout my journey with them and also payroll and contract team has been awesome). I have nothing else to say but AWSOME!

Nasagroup was recommended to me by my agency when I had to transition from providing my services through my own company to being employed via an umbrella company. I have to say that Nasa were great throughout, from setting me up, providing information and handling payroll quickly and accurately. On the few occasions I needed additional assistance I found each of the people I dealt with at Nasa to be couteous and helpful. Even upon leaving (as I'd taken a permanent role), they were helpful and efficient. I will chosse Nasa again if I return to contracting.

Everything about NASA was exceptional. The people were lovely, the service was swift, everything worked smoothly, their communications were clear... 11 out of 10. Maybe 12.

Tried to onboard with Nasagroup as an inside IR35 Contractor. The generic umbrella registration was fine, however they then attempted to extend the contract by way of assignment specific terms. Instead of drafting these terms out properly, they just dumped a copy of an external Ltd Company to Agency contract in there and said "Ignore the bits that don't refer to Personnel". Basically, if they cannot be bothered to do the proper paperwork, then I cannot be bothered to use them. I would avoid this company.
